Well, for some reason LA Sera has been singled out as having a CV ad that violates "the laws and standards set in my community....etc." It's difficult to figure out what's going on here. So did someone post that they were offended? And of what? Bare breasts? I'm not going to sit down and sort through all of the provider ads out there, but I would wager that a good 50% of them show that kind of nudity. Was it possibly a disgruntled client who is tryin to get "even"? Or perhaps a horny dude in Teheran who's only turned on by burkas and camels?
I can only say that in all my years of being involved in this hobby, I have NEVER seen a flag like this being posted. I feel that CV has fumbled the ball completely here by not scrutinizing the complaint before allowing it to be posted. I and a few other TER members have complained to CV about this but so far there has not been any response. Any thoughts as to what may be going on?

No, CV is not "her" website, and her San Mateo CV ad is not "old", it is being re-posted daily. Just now it says "Posted Monday, June 19th 12:00 am".
She's not the only provider to do this.

But its more likely a rival Kgirl that is screwing with her because of all the business she is peeling off from the other top girls in LA. Some of the other top girls that usually have their dance cards filled by mid-afternoon are still saying "available now" at 8:00p on CV. LA Sera may be one of the reasons, as I think all of us that have seen her since her return will agree that she is as good as any of the rest of the best here.
The "red flag" goes up by computer based solely on a "complaint" by another user. If she reports it to CV that the complaint is erroneous, CV will take it down. Sometimes it takes CV a day or two to get the some human eyeballs on the subject ad, and see if its a violation or not. Meanwhile, the automatic flag initiated by the complaint stays up.
(She probably flagged it herself to generate some buzz.)
Hardly necessary IMHO given her prior history in LA. It's not as though she is a ninety-day wonder.
And as long as we are discussing Sera, my understanding of the reason she moved up north was LA clients being too much on the douchey side. BE NICE TO HER (and to all of the ladies for that matter) so maybe she'll stick around a while.
I said from the beginning it could help more than hurt. Any publicity is good publicity. If anything it could initiate more interest. Just look at how it's made us talk about her.
BBFS publicity. It gets them all of the scumbag business for two or three weeks, and then the reliable guys with the money don't come around anymore. Several girls are dying on the vine that were too liberal with their BBFS with the wrong crowd that can't keep their mouths shut when they have a good thing.
Otherwise, I agree that any OTHER kind of publicity is good for a working girl, and if Sera did this to herself, it was brilliant, but its only because she's the first to do it. The next girl that tries it is not going to get the mileage that Sera is getting.
