Could you tell me (us) who did you have disappointing experiences with? Of is it top secret that you don't want to divulge to fellow mongers?
How do people define that term when they use it or see it used?
On what type of neighborhood you grew up in
is that the Kgirl is cute in a plain way, maybe natural cute.
Definitely, a hard look to define, but I at least think she's going to be nice looking.
Always subjective and how the describer sees the Kgirl at that time.
Lighting, angle, happy or not at that moment (smiling or not), IMO, can come into play!
I've reviewed that the Kgirl's looks got better/sexy looking after a good romp in the sack^^!
That's a bit how I've always thought of it. Basically, if the girl is not cute/attractive/pretty why would I actually notice or take note of her, but as you say, in a down to earth type of way rather than glomorous or high fashion sense. Borrowing from anoter thread, a bit like the difference between Mary Ann and Ginger -- I would see Mary Ann, but not Ginger, as GND looks.
But I had seens comment that made me think the person was describing what he thought of as rather plain and unremarkable. That would have been a bit outside my range of expected look. However, as you say, it's very subjective (even when the same basic defitition is used) and a number of factors come into play as well.
I agree with both of these definitions. To me GND is average or above average facial features, and a fit but not tight or curvy body. Mary Ann, not Ginger is a perfect example.
it also depends on who you live next door to^^!
Well, I have moved around a lot and have lived places where others tend to move in and out of so maybe I have an advantage there
When I see it I kinda skip through it. The only piece of information it gives me that the face isn't top tier.
I've found that reviewers who use GND usually also use DDG and generally those are the only terms they will use so it will be binary. Either one or the other.
Ie, you'd almost never see people who use these terms use a stronger term like "butterface". So in the context of range of what gnd could mean, it usually can range from butterface to plain Jane to cute but nothing special to average.
So, if I read many reviews calling girls face as gnd I'm generally tempering my expectations for face.
There are numerous interpretations of the term "GND," and individual preferences can vary widely.
from my book, typically I'd use the following words to rate appearance:
DDG
Goddess
Beautiful
Pretty
Attractive
GND cute
GND plain
Average
Plain
Not my cup of tea
I find it interesting that your scale has many discrete values yet your "average" is not, in fact, at the place of mean.
One would think average would be the red part in the normal distribution, yet it seems to be more like the blue part?
How does someone "average" not be actual average?

Ok. So then about half of all kgirls would be not your cup of tea.
Do you have some reviews of them? Have some names? Cuz I almost never seen you talk about those. Given that it's around half the population of kgirls I would think it's way more common. No?
That's kind of the problem I was implying. Many people want to act like that half the kgirls (and it's not a symptom of just kgirls, it's the whole fucking industry) who are not desirable doesn't exist.
It's as if only one half of the curve exists and starts at grade 6 or 7.
Is that a general appearance rating for all women every and anywhere or only for K-girls/Asian Providers or providers over all?
Personally I rate looks for providers based on where I see them being relative to any woman, not just providers.
thing.
I see each Kgirl/woman as how she has her own unique look and appreciate it from there.
I don't nitpick about eyes too close; nose should be wider/thinner or any of the things you can read about in forums/ discussion groups.
I apply these criteria when evaluating women, whether in everyday life or in the context of selecting a K-date. In everyday interactions, I tend to be more generous and less critical. However, when conducting research and selecting an escort, I am highly particular and specific about my preferences: weight not exceeding 120 lbs, not too short or petite, minimal plastic surgery, balanced physique, no rounded or plain faces. While most of my dates align with these preferences, I have occasionally had disappointing experiences. In such cases, I recognize that the fault lies in my inadequate research.
Which might also explain why most of the girls you see are in the upper end (or left tail as you labled the graph) as I suspect those are are found less attracted by most, and particularly those seen as much less attractive, are not going to find much interest from those seeking escorts and certainly little interest from agencies, so simply don't have much if any participation in this activity. That would naturally skew the grades up and be confusing to any that want grade on a curve, as it were, by making some average for those that are working in this business rather than some view of all women.

OMG I haven't seen a graph of S = σ = ∑ ( x − x ¯ ) 2 n in a long, long time. I think all mongers have @ least one standard deviation from the norm - I've got several myself. But when it comes to GNS it's as much about attitude as looks. I think of GNS as young and/or shy and a projecting an innocent facade.
I think of GND meaning a cute girl who you want to fuck. Sexy and hot meaning a model looking type that you dream of fucking.
Seems like I was not so out of step with others on the term -- but it's probably even more poorly defined than something like GFE.
Seems like most, based on a small sample here, think it's a positive statement about looks.
I think its more of a negative or at least a "don't expect a hot girl in the club" look
