I’m not aware of any KGirl agencies in Delaware. I figured you guys would use Classy Philly and Exotic Philly Models across the state line.

like CKS suggests, the top girl in my experience is Gloria/Matilda.  She started in LA, and was a top-tier girl here before she left.  Whenever I'm in Philly, I stop in for a repeat.
