K-girls

Just curious
learned, heard and read from here the basic org structure and operations which consist of org owners, POs, apt lease holders, local helpers for most of the orgs. Recently also learned there are also booking agents/ brokers for girls to schedule their tours thru-out, which might be a good idea and convenient for girls. However, downside is another party to share the profit.
Before I thought most of the girls book orgs directly and find different orgs thru friends referral. Booking agent/broker is totally new to me. Anyone has other inside? CDL?
maybe 8 or 9 years ago one of the touring girls in my area told me she didn't arrange her tour but let someone else manage that. So probably not something new or really a new pocket looking for a cut.
I actually helped a few Kgirl friends to connect with local K-orgs to schedule their tours here, also heard from many visiting kgirls how they found and booked their local tours via roommates/sisters/friends/orgs..etc, but from booking agents is first time to me!
many Kgirls to OC orgs that they had never worked at before by paving the way with the booker or owner for them to make contact. It's not altogether altruistic because the benefit to me is that doing this will get some of my current favorites closer to where I live so that I don't have to go to LA or SD to see them, but other than that, there is no compensation or quid pro quo from the orgs.
I don't have great information, but the side comments in other conversations suggest a a variety of arrangements. There is definitely a network of provider agencies, and the local agencies and bookers are usually different people (i.e., the bookers are employees too). Agencies clearly pass gals among them, but I think that this might be bilateral arrangements among them rather than anything centrally organized, at least some of the time. At least one gal I know had a provider friend who organized things and with whom she will also planned some vacation time while in the US (Disney, Miami Beach, Hawai'i etc.).
I think that the more a K-girl is just a visitor from Korea and especially if this is close to her first professional visit, and isn't comfortable with the US or English, the more likely it is that she relies on others to arrange a schedule,
If the K-girl is a frequent visitor or a de facto or de jure immigrant, she probably takes more control of her own schedule. This is part of the reason that K-girls sometimes switch agencies or change the cities that they visit.
Maybe a former or current K-girl can enlighten us if she is reading this.
Are you serious?!?! A "de facto immigrant" is an ILLEGAL ALIEN. Yet you can't bring yourself to call a K-girl an ILLEGAL ALIEN. Would you call someone who crossed the southern border and has been here for 30 years a "de facto immigrant?"
Of course not!
It's amazing to me how you K-fanboys kiss K-girls' asses.

People from South Korea can enter freely for three months without visas or get student visas (e.g., for ESL classes) easily, and some plan to settle down in the US or Canada permanently. There is nothing illegal about that apart from the hobbying which is illegal in both the US and Korea even if it is tolerated when done discretely.
Visa Waiver Program to a moron. Lol
All they have to do to become "legal" during the 90 days is sign up for an accredited English language school and the school will get them an F-1 student visa. This is VERY common with Kgirls. That's not to say that there are not girls that overstay their permitted stay under Visa waiver and enter an "illegal" status, but it doesn't exactly make them wetbacks who are burden on society and taxpayers. They do not generally avail themselves of public benefit programs for refugees because the money involved is peanuts compared to what they are making as sex workers renting their pussy. Trigger my stalker in 3, 2 1 . . . . . LOL
A guy who has insider connections to like every major nova org is asking how the orgs are structured? Good one, Mr. Audi.
Basically the girls, bookers, agencies and lease holders are all independent entities. The girls are free to move from agency to agency to city to city. They just commit to work however many days fit into their schedule and then show up. Sometimes they'll even be on the calendar for multiple agencies at the same time. The agency and lease holder never even meet the girls. The lease holder arranges a cleaning lady to let the girls in, clean up and wash towels. The girl pays the booker a flat rate to arrange travel to the states, the girl pays the agency a cut of her wages and the agency pays the lease holder rent for the bed. Pretty straight forward
of how the operational side worked up until 2010. Kudos for establishing some credentials that you were a customer in the past. Fast forward to now, there are major differences, as most guys here know. The Kgirl scene keeps evolving.
OK, so for our edification (rather than ... the kind of stuff being said in this thread lately) --
.
What is the situation on the operational side now, or at least since 2010?
.
"Major differences" doesn't help much for those of us who are not insiders but might make better decisions if we knew more. There's some evidence that "most guys" don't know the structures very well.
OK?
Major differences being minor nitpicks incoming in 3, 2, 1...
