New business venture?

Had a chat with one of my regular who asked whether this was a good time to start her own agency.  She's aware of the initial investment of rent and security deposit, furniture, web design, etc.  My initial thought to her was the LA area is a pretty crowded arena for Kgirl agencies and, with COVID restrictions easing to endemic level, probably more kgirls will be returning to the marketplace. She would also need to recruit enough providers throughout the year and use a good booker who has a large customer base.  I personally would not but what do you think?

If more KGirls will be returning to the market, it’s a fair assumption to think more mongers will be returning too. A rising supply of KGirls and mongers would make for an ideal time to add another agency for them to choose from.

There’s always some risk starting a new business, but she’ll probably regret waiting if she doesn’t move now.

If she can recruit good talent, NoVa is an untapped market, especially if the agency offers BBFS, as only one K-agency offers it, but their level of talent isn't good.

Differentiation, disruption, and innovation are the best keys to taking market share.  Just adding a rubber-stamped copy of what's already out there will typically fail. Why risk someone/something new that offers exactly the same services as the established, trusted sources?

Does she have a business plan and model that will help her stand out as something better and/or positively different than the current agencies? Things like:
- Under-served locations (like the SF Valley)?
- Guaranteed real pics/videos?
- Loyalty/Frequent Fucker program?
- Outcall to pre-approved, vetted client locations?
- KGirl Meet & Greets with options to go BCD there or book in the near future?
- Guaranteed anonymous payments options other than cash?
I'm sure there are many more ideas out there.

Yes if she's a Gumiho...

Maybe otherwise...I know too much.  I talk too much.

YEMV

a 180 of what all the Mongers are complaining about on all the sites and boards, for a starter!

And improve from there, Herb Cat had some good suggestions!

This "talk" with me over the years and it usually goes in a particular direction.  So that you are not caught flatfooted with a deer-in-the-headlights look on your face, you should be thinking in advance what your answer is going to be when she asks you to co-sign on the apartment lease (because she doesn't have any credit history) in exchange for a percentage of the house cut or a fixed monthly amount.  Just a heads-up bro in case this goes the way of most of these types of discussions. Being ready for it makes it easier to present a sympathetic refusal, but it's still a refusal just the same.

Thx for the suggestion.  I’m pretty sure she has a credit history as she has her own apt and car.  Fortunately, she is getting ready to tour and won’t be seeing her again for another several months.

(because she doesn't have any credit history)
You really think lack of credit history is the issue? It's not hard to get a credit card or two and build credit history.

It is more difficult to fake verifiable income.

lol, what a limp noodle!

Sounds like the "talk" he mentions is of a different nature!

Some will get around the income by having someone fill out a tax return using TurboTax.   If an apt manager question the return, the kgirl will move on to another building.  I never took the time to check the applicant’s employment when I was in the real estate business just credit and last place of residency.

look even more foolish, you might want to take a poll here of how many guys have been asked by Kgirls to cosign on an apartment lease to be used as an incall location.  Or do a search on this board, and she how often it has been discussed in the past.  Obviously, young guys with limited financial resources are less likely to be asked than older guys who are higher volume mongers. Do you really think all Kgirls that have overstayed their Visas have SS#'s, which you need in order to build a credit profile and rent an apartment?  At least you understand the part about verifying income.  Is the apartment manager going to call the booker, or a few customers?   Don't be such a moron.   It's easy to call someone else names when you are so clueless that you are making yourself look like a complete idiot without any help from me.   You should try being an incomplete idiot.   It's still an idiot, but it's a step up.  Lol

I'm surprised you think that this is a laughing matter considering that your stupidity is no joke. Lol

no clue, no money, and no reviews showing up to lurk and troll.  Did Kumstain ask you to post and try to save his ass?   I acknowledged your presence, which gives you your fifteen seconds of fame.  Now GFY.

"Yute"? How rich. Saying you have status on here doesn't make it true. How sad!

Pops, did you huff some acetone today while you were doing your nails?

First: Please confirm - do you believe you need a Social Security number to build a credit profile?  It is a "yes" or "no" answer....

Second: No, you fucking moron, the apartment manager is not going to call the booker or a few customers. That is why I wrote that income requirements for leases are a more difficult problem than not having credit.

Can you try a bit harder, please? It's not too fun when you suck this much.

You must be off your meds, Pops. Seems like you think that shitposting on TER is a full-time job!

You think you are literary???

Here, learn 2 things:

1) what a search engine is

2) several ways to get a credit card without a SS number

You fucking moron.
