getting STD's from a Kgirl.  I've had three in 15 years, which included gonorrhea and chlamydia, and all of which of came from going bareback with Kgirls.  They are both bacterial, do if you get it, get the meds, put yourself on the bench for two weeks and then you're back in action.   Just stay the hell away from the Kgirls until the meds are all used up.  

I have gotten Chlamydia from BBFS girls before, and it was mostly asymptomatic, maybe very mild symptoms at best. Just benched myself for two weeks, got tested and took all the meds.

I love seeing Kgirls first appointment of the day for many reasons.  1. They are at their freshest. Attitude and Physically. 2. Don't know for sure, but I assume the BBFS k-girls are going something, since they usually run to the bathroom very quickly after the deed is done. Are they using some type of magic cleansing device? Are they taking antibiotics? I have no idea, but it's obvious they are doing something. Also, I'd estimate my history in the hobby is 80% covered action, and I spent many years in the condom-only camp, so that may be assisting my lucky streak. Don’t be cheap with this sort of thing though. Whether you’re pissing razor blades or not you should get checked periodically if you’re in this game.
