As luck would have it, I came back to the game after a 2 year, 3 month hiatus. I had a fabulous time with a lovely lady, and got the clap. I am sure it was this lovely lady because she’s the only woman I’ve been with in 2 years. Anyway, do I let the booker know?  I’m not trying to harm anyone’s business or career, but we’re all running in the same circles here, so it seems smart to get this cleared up. That said, I do not want to harm the relationship with booker.  
Honestly, this is my first STD in nine years in the game so maybe I’ve just been lucky. So do I just move on, call it a recreational hazard, and just thank my lucky stars it hasn’t happened more often?

The ethical thing to do is to report it to the booker.  

In reality, your best bet might be to get treatment and use protection from now on.  

The booker might accuse you of spreading the STI and might share your contact info with nearby bookers.  

What area in the US did you get the STI?

Some Pos can get pissed off and think you're insinuating shit and go so far as to block you. At least that's what I heard from a guy who got an std and was trying to tell the booker. Pos are often sensitive and thin skinned, and try to "save face" as one poster on here often says. Even if it was the girl who gave it to you, they might get mad at you saying she gave it to you.  

 
Probably better to phrase it in a way that you tested positive and the girl might be affected. Ie don't emphasize her as the spreader. Even then, there's always a risk of PO getting pissed at you.  

 
Clap often is asymptomatic in women, much moreso than in men. Maybe if you know the girl or know someone who has a direct line to her, ask her to get tested. I think that's the ultimate goal here. To get girl clean so it doesn't spread further. The PO is never going to text all the guys who have seen her though, and here comes another question - all those guys who have seen her, should probably know about this and get tested asap.  

 
I also got the clap a few weeks back. Also my first real std in 10+ years of mongering. Unlike you, I didn't have a way to pinpoint one girl because I've seen close to a dozen in the period between my panels. And I was asymptomatic. What I did was post in private groups for mongers to know there was clap going around. And asked some folks with direct lines to some girls to let them know they might have been affected.

YOU know you are NOT the one that brought the STD to the org, but no one else knows.  If you had already seen two other girls at the org in the last few weeks and then this happened, I would tell you to let the booker know.  You could simply tell the booker you saw Mandy and Candy last week with no problem, but the day after you saw Dandy, you had an STI, and you haven't seen anyone else during that time.  

 
However, since this happened on your first time back after two years, you are more likely to be blamed for bringing it to the party than being a victim yourself.  The best move is to get the meds, put yourself on the bench and don't go back into the game until you test negative, 10 days to 2 weeks.  You ARE lucky, I've had three STD's back when I was doing BBFS (2017 and earlier), none since I went to CFS.  Fortunately, they were all treatable with meds.  Just resist the urge to see someone before you test negative.  Sometimes they can hang around and you need a second course of meds before it completely clears up.  

I always use protection and avoid all BBFS ladies if I can. I used protection with this lady but didn’t matter. I’m in SoCal. Thanks for suggestion

I won’t be telling the booker anything. Thanks for the suggestions. The booker has been good to me over the years, and don’t want to risk jeopardizing that relationship. I would like to see the girl again, but that’s not happening for awhile. I definitely was NOT asymptomatic. In fact, I still have symptoms. And it was and is unsettling. It’s not the worst pain I’ve had but it is constant.

If you really have a good relationship with the booker, I'd tell him/her you tested positive and have symptoms and are worried for the girl. Or find someone who can text or kkt her and tell her to get tested at least.  

 
Either way. Id also keep an eye on her and how long she is available. And when she takes a "vacation", if ever. That should give you some indication.

Let me think about it. Basically, it could go well, or it could go bad for me…Booker puts me on his/her blacklist for “complaining.” In the long run, I’m guessing the booker wouldn’t mind losing one client, …that’s probably less expensive than losing the working girl’s commissions over 2, 3 weeks. Yes, it would be ideal to get the info to the girl directly. CDL, I bet you have her private line?  But who wants to be the messenger there.

They can report the K-girl and the org to their Public Health Dept.  This may help stop the spread of disease.  Of course, K-mongers would have to think with something other than their dicks but its their civic responsibility...especially when they know the orgs don't give a shit about the spread of disease in their community.

If you want to get the info to the girl, just book a session, so you can see her and tell her yourself.

The clap is bad for business.  If you send a nonjudgmental text, like, "Girl X should get tested".  I would think/hope the booker's response would be thank you.  I'm pretty sure you're not the first and will not be the last.  If a bunch of regulars start to call out sick, it's bad for business.  Keep it professional, not personal.  Chances are the booker already knows.  

For the responses. I’ll figure out what to do. I’m overseas now and they treat the clap with an IV and one set of pills…all done within 30 minutes. I ‘m doing better but this is not something you want any part of.

Glad to hear youre feeling better.  Scary to hear you got the clap from a BJ.  How soon did you feel symptoms?

Oral STD requires a swab test and she may not do swab test if she doesn't have symptoms. She may do regular full panel blood test only.
