As far as reviews getting removed from other review sites, there are some that are much more diligent about investigating and removing fake reviews than here, because they are not dealing with the volume that TER is.  Some also get removed other places for inadequate or inappropriate content.  Here, a review can be three lines and still get approved.

I warned the guy to be aware of this agency because multiple mongers have complained about it in SD.  It was like a three sentence post that warned to be careful in case he is tangled up with them.

Except the post had been deleted by the Admin of the Board who noted that our own little Felcher Boy’s posts had violated Board policies, and more importantly that Felcher Boy was already on restriction for previous inappropriate posts. Admin of that site warned Felcher Boy that one more violation of Board policies would result in Felcher Boy automatically being banned from the site. You really don't want to hang your hat on the "most people" peg. It's been pretty well established that most people suffer from confirmation bias. So you're correct in the "Most people don't give a shit where or how they got the info" but not with the "as long as the info is correct" part. It seems most people want to see things that support their beliefs and hardly question the validity of that information if it does so. They also tend to flat out reject information that doesn't support their beliefs, or twist the information in ways that allow them to see it as supporting their beliefs.

 
So if you want to hang your hat there regarding how you approach the information you have and are sharing feel free but it's not doing you any good I suspect.

that actually got banned for a rules violation on TER was in Las Vegas, because they had a statement on their website that offered discounts for good reviews.  That is against TER policy, someone reported it and then they were gone.  The offending language has since been taken off the website.  

 
If you have similar proof that another website is doing something illegal, then why haven't you reported it?  You simply provide a link to document the rules violation.  Either you have the goods or you don't.  Personally, I think all of this BL bullshit is just you blowing smoke up our asses.  YOU have never been threatened or BL'd, but because someone said they were, if you think that is enough to get the org banned, then go ahead and take your shot, but if you don't have a link to the proof, you just come off as a laughing stock.

I would amend that statement. At least from my experience, mongers with whom I shared info that wasn't first hand, did not seem to care as long as they were able to see that my info was correct and then trust me based off that info. It's up to anyone to trust the info I have. They can always ask me to clarify if its firsthand info or not. I've always said I don't think I've ever been BLd from an org, or explicitly threatened to. So all my evidence is from other mongers. I want to operate as a grievance agent. Like I've said, no one protects mongers so I want to be the one who can post grievances by proxy, whether aggregating or handling people who are afraid for their status and would provide anonymous info.

 
I've used this example before, even tho it's against the rules on most boards, I'm actually a proponent of posting std rumors. Because to me, the health of mongers is more important than rep of girls or orgs.
A false positive rumor is far less benign than ignorance and then going to a girl and getting the std. Put a rumor out there, estimate its validity and let everyone else make a judgment call. A few times you will run into witch hunts or vengeful mongers. It happens. The % is negligible tho.

Here's a link below from four years ago where I explained the 7 most common reasons for getting BL'd in the Kgirl scene, compiled from many discussions with both Kgirls AND bookers. It has nearly 10,000 "reads."  That might be record on the Kgirl board.  Maybe there is something in there that will help you in your quest.  Notice that bad reviews did not make the cut.
