seems to have supported I'm surprised in it not a well known agency. Makes me wonder but won't say it's a scam just yet. Others might have direct experience.

I'm fairly confident to say that it was legit at least till March of this year.  

There are many reviews on multiple review sites referencing the number and site. Including TER.  

So, appears legit to me.
