Palace screening is too relax. Most bookers will not accept them for this main reason.
Suppose some place has a rep for lax screening. Real guy meets real girls on several occasions. Never a problem. Polite, respectful of time and limits. I.e., he is not a flake, he is not an SOB, he is not a bad guy according to the opinions of 3, 4 or more girls. Would the other places still question a reference from that place? Would they think that it is a set up and now, after seeing several K-girls at the other place that he is going to pull out a badge and a warrant and say, "Gotcha!" ??
No. The bookers take their screening very seriously in this part of the world (LA). Personally, I am glad that they do. So when they don't trust another booker or organization, they will not accept the reference...regardless of how well behaved the client was. It's a pretty closed system. Tough to break in to, but well worth the effort. (See the previous threads on this topic).

These things happen. On two occasions I've had a nice Kgirl just hop on board without a condom.
