The was an agency in Toronto that I looked into a little. Interestingly they were offering a discounted session to customers after 6 visits. Forget which one it was but something like CA$100 off the 7th session.

Its supply and demand, the most basic rule of commerce. If enough people are willing to pay 400 then 400 is the price. Seller always wants to get the most money and the buyer wants to pay as less as possible. There are white girls asking for 2000/ hr and get it too but that is not for everyone
