I’ve never heard of it but do bookers take requests? I’ve seen a number of K-girls who bounce between Vegas, LA, and/or LV but not the bay or rarely do so. Have any of you requested a booker reach out to. A particular girl and recruit then to a bay area org. I know it would by a bit wierd if she’s already at an org elsewhere especially if that is the only way the lady can be contacted (I doubt the is some master database of K-girl info for contacts shared among orgs). I’ve eyeing a few birds from afar and although they had provided in the bay before and were popular they have not returned. Verteran mongers what are your speculations on this?
I never heard of a booker contacting another booker to ask them to help you hijack a girl to another org. You can file that under pipedream. Lol
I have been successful in getting girls into some of the orgs, but here's how you have to do it. You have to know the girl and have her direct phone number. Then you ask her first if she would be interested in working in (City name) if you could get her an introduction. If she says, "Yes", then tell her you will ask some bookers if they would like to talk to her and if it's okay you her, you will give them her direct number. As you may surmise, this is most successful with girls you are seeing someplace else (like East Coast) who haven't been to your city yet. It may also work with girls that have been at only one org in the BA and you want them to come to a different one. Assuming she is warm to the idea, contact the booker and tell him you know a touring girl who is interested in coming to (your city). (It would help if she will be new to the area. Bookers are always looking for girls that have not worked at competing agencies in the same city.) If the booker is interested, give her/him her direct number and then stay out of it. Let them talk and work something out. Don't try to be a go-between. Just make the introduction after getting the girl's okay. (Some guys try to act as a "manager" for the girl and that will kill the deal faster than anything else.) One factor in your success is your own relationship with the booker and how much he/she trusts you. Follow up in a week or so and ask the booker if they had any success in lining her up to tour there.
With that said, the sad reality is that the BA has a negative reputation with a lot of girls who have worked there and they have shared their disappointments with others through the Kgirl network (never underestimate the power of the Kgirl network). Consequently, the better girls are not exactly lining up to work there, so don't be surprised if pulling this off in the BA is a tall order. For this reason, it's not a coincidence that you guys in the BA get a larger percentage of FOB's than other places.

Even more unfortunate is your position that previous bay area vet K-Girls have a relatively low opinion of the bay area compared to other areas which appears to be true. Lol) I suggest it under the guise of me being able to see her again if I'm in a city on business that she is working in at the time. I tell them I won't text them unless they text me first unless I have a question about their schedule and where they are going to be working. In other words, I don't chat, I text for business purposes only unless they become one of my regulars. By the second session, most touring girls will exchange numbers with you if you explain this is the reason you want to. The majority of girls will not give you their number at the first session unless it's a phone the agency is providing while they are working there. Be careful what you text if this is the case because the booker or org owner will read everything on the phone when they take it back the day she leaves. Most 90-day FOB's have a local phone that is provided by the agency when they are working for the first time in the US, so it's a waste of time to exchange numbers until she gets her own US cell phone, which she won't do unless she decides to stay beyond the Visa allowance.
The unfavorable attitude about the BA is usually about the money. Rates have not kept up with what they are in other cities, and a much smaller number of BA mongers tip than elsewhere. according to the girls (and corroborated by some of the posting here on the subject of tipping). Some of the GFE girls also complain that guys will pressure them for BBFS, even though there are plenty of girls advertising it, and then what REALLY pisses them off is a guy who offers a tip only if they give him BBFS. It means if they are GFE, they know if they say no, they are not going to get a tip, and the conclusion is that maybe they don't try as hard to give a great session. It seems like telling a girl she will only get a tip for an off-menu service is a good way for a guy to guarantee himself a bad session, so I don't get why they do that. So the lower rate, which means a lower amount to the girl, coupled with fewer tippers makes it an unattractive place for top-tier girls, who are used to getting a tip 90% of the time, to work.

The money made by LA girls and Bay girls was very similar. The house fee is smaller in the bay area and the volume was generally much higher.
With the influx of upcharge for msog and BB in LA, things changed up tho. Now we do have discrepancies in the form of all-inclusive session being 260/280 total in the bay and like 480 in LA.
all of the factors into consideration, then someone needs to get the word out to Kgirls in other cities, because the ones in SoCal seem to be under the impression that a lower cut plus few tippers does not make for an attractive work environment. Higher volume is not necessarily an attraction for top-tier girls charging $300-350 in SoCal. Most top girls are 33-45 years old and prefer not to see more than 6-7 guys a day. Second tier girls are a different dynamic, buy my own impression is that BA customers are anxious to get more first tier girls, not more second tier. Some top girls who get a lot of 2-hour sessions will limit themselves to 5 a day. If they are averaging a $50 tip from each customer-hour, it's like doing an hour and a half more without a tip. I agree that there is no way the girls getting $100 extra for BBFS or $40 extra for MSOG are going to want to work the BA for $280 all-inclusive like a cheap Caribbean beach resort. Lol

I would venture to say, if the bay is an indication, most mongers want youth, good looks and decent (but not extraordinary balls-to-the-pubic-bone) service. And, I'd say majority of korg mongers here at this point want bbfs. It's gotten to the point many people won't see a non-bbfs girl. The cfs girls, no matter the pedigree, are much easier to book than popular BB girls.
Also, I'd say 2 hour sessions are pretty uncommon here. As is tipping - most girls would prefer youd just see her again instead of whatever tip you give.
I don't know that there's a formal list, but for me top-tier ladies are very attractive to me, have impeccable hygiene, deliver great service [dfk, shower, bbbj, daty, cfs/bbfs and rim], and most importantly deliver the illusion of passion throughout the session. It's just a higher level of service with better skills and a smooth segue from one activity to the next at a very high skills level. Regency's list includes girls I consider top-tier, and I can add names like Lyn, Lohan, Suri, Megan, Aya, Hiroko, Bobo, Cari, Jane, White, Love Kim, Pink, and a few dozen others I've seen over the years.
Two- hour sessions and tipping being uncommon is a compelling argument for top-tier girls to stay in SoCal. The top tier girls expect extended sessions, frequent tips AND that you will see them again, so they work where they can get that. Second tier girls may be happy to just get the repeat business, as you suggest.
Since the Kgirl recruiting focus turned to willingness to do BBFS a few years ago, that's why you're getting girls who are not as attractive, have limited skills, and don't exert themselves too much, so if that's what the BA mongers want, that is what they are getting. They should not be complaining. The DDG top-tier girls do not have to offer BBFS to make a great living. The way you should view this is if the girl is advertised as PSE, you will be getting a lower level of service and one who may not be too pretty. The disappointment comes into play when you expect to find a top-tier, DDG girl offering BBFS. Accept that they are mutually exclusive in MOST instances and you will have a better time with the PSE girls, if that's your priority.
I officially have an addition to my top-tier ladies list. I met the infamous Phoebe today. Not everyone will love her face (she’s clearly had some work done) but I found her attractive. It is pointless to argue about whether the following are true. These are simply what many of the girls believe and repeat to other girls.
This is the list of Bay Area negatives from kgirls as I know it.
Lower rates than elsewhere.
Almost everyone seems to expect BBFS for no extra cost.
Tips are less common in the Bay Area than anywhere in the U.S.
Higher perceived percentage of rough customers.
Higher perceived percentage of customers with poor hygiene.
I’ve heard other complaints. But these are by far the most common that have been repeated to me by girls with whom I’ve become familiar. I am pretty sure, based on what I’ve heard from both girls and mongers in various forums, that the tipping circa 2015 and earlier was significantly higher than it is today. Just from my own experience with kgirls, I used to much more frequently run into happy kgirls who had a great tipping day or week than I have in the past several years.
Still, I understand that the anti tipping attitude runs strong in the Bay Area forums. So those who tend to lead that effort will be quick and passionate in their responses. And they are free to believe whatever they wish.

There are mongers out there who haven’t learned that not washing their clothes and hair daily is something that becomes quickly obvious to everyone else, even if they don’t notice it themselves. That said, I’m sure they work very hard and don’t have much spare time when they’re out in the world.
If, even with new clean sheets you can smell the previous guy’s unwashed clothes and hair for a couple of hours, there is a negative impact on that girl’s business. Unless that guy is tipping very well, the girl is more than likely to tell her booker to no longer accept appointments from him. While she’s frantically lighting all of the candles in the room to get rid of the smell.
Pro tip: beeswax candles are best at this because they burn hotter. Soy based candles are second best. Paraffin candles are not so great (but better than nothing) except the scented ones can mask the odor a bit. I learned this all from raising sons through their teenage years. While they are learning hygiene their rooms get pretty rank.
If you walk into a session and the girl has multiple candles lit.. Well, now you know why.

The narcissism here can be deeply annoying and a little dishonest. But I’ll take that any day over those bad ole days. These guys just have a deep seated need to be the center of attention. All you really have to do is just ignore them. And though a lot of good content gets lost and many contributors have just given up rather than deal with them. It could be worse. Look what they did to the group of early primates, for example. Let’s hope it never gets that bad here.
