As in Beer Battered Fish Sandwich!  Nice fresh cod lightly seasoned with sea salt and fresh black pepper and coated in corn starch after a bath in egg wash and deep fried in olive oil.  Then gently placed between two soft brioche with a spread of lowfat tarter sauce made with fresh dill and lemon!  Damn fine eating my friends!

I'm sure you're experienced enough to have noticed, but I remember the first time I was "ninja cloaked" during the BJ and I also thought she was about to climb on board without the extra step to suit up.
