Can someone tell me how did this review get away with a 10 in performance?

I thought to get a 10 you need a threesome or Greek? This girl does not offer Greek or doubles, the review did not mention Greek or doubles. Girls profile clearly states anal:no. So what gives?

Actually he doesn't even mention DFK in his review so technically she was only eligible for an 8 much less a 10.

 
I would suggest you file a PR on the review and I am sure Admin will revise the score appropriately

The 10 is clearly not supported and, as suggested, feel free to report what you found.

The 10 is a bit of an outlier for her reviews AND for the reviewer as well (only one prior 9 with an average probably in the low 7s it looks). Maybe they just really clicked well -- or the Ds really did the trick for him or something, lol.
