IF by some miracle you find a Kgirl in TJ, which I really really doubt, but assuming you do, you'd be paying a heavy premium when you could just scooch back over the border and get one in SD.

I know this is a useless comment, since I have no idea about kgirls in tj, but as someone who loves Asian women over any other type of women, I think going for kgirls in tj is like going for sushi in a burrito place. Lol.

The worst a Kgirl can do in the US is come on a 90-day tourist visa and earn enough to live off of for a year.  So why should they go to a place where prices are much lower and half of the customers don't bathe daily?  

 
I have heard of mixed latin and Asian girls working TJ, but have never heard of a purebred Kgirl working there. If there is, then she's probably going to be too fat to make it in the US market.

I’ve known, in the best sense of the word, k-girls found in São Paulo and even Rio. One of the wildest, hottest little k-girls (she was actually only half Korean) I’ve ever known was a must see every time I went to Rio. São Paulo is probably your best bet for Koreans in Brazil. But it’s been too long since I’ve been there now for me to be more specific than that.
