Is it just me, or did LSC (SJ KOrg) get a new PO / Management team? Their old one was always very polite and professional to me, the new one seems to be .. much less so ..
Back in my Unicorn days, they captured the Lion's share of my hobby budget; not only because of their talent, but because of the cheerful professionalism of their old PO .. getting my preferred slots, after-session follow-ups, etc.
