I am not new to the hobby but considering jumping into the K-girl world. Looks like a lot of fun at a good price point. I'm wondering how to vet agencies. In my city we have one very well established agency and a few others that have somw reviews. I see so many ads on various platforms touting other agencies. How do you all vet agencies that pop up without TER reviews (or don't you)? Trying to understand this facet of the hobby without making any huge mistakes. Any input is appreciated.

I don't think I've ever worried about any be some sting operation. So that type of vetting doesn't enter my mind.

I will look at who they are bringing in and how many different girls will uses their services. I would check the reviews, if there is a history you might have a sense of both how good the ads are, the quality of the exports and the quality of the location.

In the end you will need to just find out first hand (직잡 봐  as the Koreans might say). For me, if they are pretty accurate with their ads (I don't require "product specification" level ads, and are consistent in how they do things I can then judge new escorts and how well I will enjoy the sessions fairly well. If it proves to be too hit and miss for me I move on.

Generally korg world is a small world. Over the last five years I only remember one malicious "org" forming in what I heard was a disgruntled monger who decided to harvest mongers pii so he can enter some other orgs he was denied access to.
So it wasn't even a real org, just a harvester of info.

If you are aware of the rentry list, it's under the #scam hashtag there.

Unlike indies, Korgs are usually spinoffs of someone who was in the business one way or the other. And with present realities of immigration nuances, it's difficult to get new talent. New local orgs generally are going to be mostly established kgirls just traveling the country and looking for new markets.

My advice - ask someone in the area or close by. If you're on west coast or in nova, feel free to post the agency here and you'll likely get an opinion from someone who is a frequent visitor and not new to the game.

It's not that often that a new korg forms so generally I wait for confirmation it's indeed a korg (once again, kgirls and po's and owners are plugged into kgirl networking) a few toftts if it's new talent (usually the talent is rebranded anyway).

You don't generally get an early adopter benefit besides the off chance that there might be an exclusive gem. But news travels fast anyway and word gets out fast if a kgirl is of good quality.

If you're worried about b&s or pics being very much off, definitely don't toftt. This will happen regardless of the org at some point when a girl is using pics that are off.

I suggest in order to get info on who'd you like to see, read some reviews and know what you like and go into that direction.
Don't have expectations super high looks wise. Most kiglrls are in their 30s and up. Pics can be very off or outright fake.

I will say, most new kmongers who dabble with indies off other sites, are usually pretty damn happy with what they receive in a korg.

reviews the same way other agencies do.  Kgirls are reviewed individually under their own names and there will be a link on their profile page to the current agency they are at.  Kgirls tour, so last week's agency may not be the same as this week's.  The most prevalent problem with agencies is bait and switch, so if this happens at the agency you are using, you might want to change bookers.

Any agencies with girls who have a lot of reviews (30+) are most likely legit because the girls with more reviews don't typically work with agencies who are not established and have a good reputation.  Agencies with girls who are new or only have a few reviews may also be newer agencies.  In that case, search here on the Kgirl board to see if current customers are having positive or negative experiences.  I gave a bad report of one agency on this board about 4-5 years ago, but they have cleaned up their act, so I don't have anyone currently that I'm using to wave you off of.

But if you see a well reviewed girl working out of a new agency, and you want to see her, go for it!
