agencies anywhere that are newbie friendly because bookers generally consider newbies timewasters because they don't know how to efficiently book their appointments.  Search this board for many discussions about framing your request and it will improve your chances of getting their attention in a positive way and getting screened quickly.  It has worked for many who came before you.

When I first got started, I reached out to a number of the DC area K-girl agencies.  I had only one hobby experience, and that was with a white independent in Atlantic City (vacation bonus for myself).  I had no problem getting approved by two area agencies, but they did ask for employment information and I had to show my D.L.  A little later, I got approved by a local Thai group without much problem.

If you check my review history, you can figure out the groups I'm "in" with because ALL of my Asian hobby experiences have been with these three groups.

I also reached out to two other local DC area K-girl agencies, more than once, and never got any sort of response.  Filled out the website screening forms--nothing.  Follow up with a polite e-mail.  Nothing.  Phone call?  Never answered.  I'm clean, gentlemanly polite, often tip, always on time, etc.  So it doesn't make sense to me.  But with the three groups I'm in with, I'm never lacking for good options, so I won't complain much.
