lots of available kgirls on CV, but no response to appointment requests

Those of you who have lots of references, how often do you get no response from bookers?

edit:  
I'm just curious what response success rate regular k-girl users have.  
I imagine there are at least 10 different bookers in LA.

Do you have 100% response rate with all of them? 75% 50%? 25%?

Not bs'ing.

I asked the booker to let me know what girls are available next week.

I'm also trying to get a whitelist from this booker.  
Dunno how long it takes to login to TER and whitelist me ? or if they even whitelist at all?

You should see my review for this kgirl shortly. I've already submitted to TER for approval.

 
HOWEVER, as in my OP, I'm just curious what response success rate regular k-girl users have.  
I imagine there are at least 10 different bookers in LA.

Do you have 100% response rate with all of them? 75% 50%? 25%?

What about fresh off the boat girls? Are there tons of guys who would TOFTT and line up for them?  
What bothers (for lack of better word) me is that they're always "available now" on CV, and my schedule is totally open and I could fill that spot easily if they wanted to squeeze another customer in.

There's one girl I want to book, and she only has one review here. I'd be happy to add another review.

I'm not even trying to book popular girls.

When I started out, reponses were . . .

less than 20%, now its 100%.  Don't know how that helps you now.  

The girl's ad says available now, but that might not mean NOW.  The ads are refreshed every two hours until a girl is booked for the rest f the day, so it may say available now, but when you contact the booker, they may tell you the next available time is three or four hours from NOW.  

You are too new to ask a booker who's available "next week."  You need to build up a history of being dependable first.  Concentrate on same-day or next-day appointments in the beginning until you become known as a reliable customer who keeps appointments and doesn't cancel.

Of course that helps me. At least I know what the status quo is.

ok, I saw Amy, and I kept my appointment. I booked several days in advance and I showed up.  
Booker actually canceled my first time because she started her period, and I showed up as soon as she was back to work.

I asked about "next week" because I am trying to let the booker know I have the most flexible schedule out there, for whatever girl he has.
I will however text again 1-2 days in advance again next week.

Popular girls are hard to book, but is the opposite true for new girls?

So you're saying that there is some utility in paying attention to the "Available Now" status on CV? That though there is a lag time in its update status as you say, that girls who are completely booked for the day will not show the "Available Now" status and one that may have an open slot later that same day will have it?

Sounds dumb of me, just didn't realize that the booker/agencies actually updated that part of the ad. I've been largely ignoring it for the most part.

There are no shortcuts. Be patient, even in the east coast where it is easier to break through, there's still patience required. It's not a science, you have to a certain degree earn your social capital, so to speak. I'm a relative rookie to this but have seen k girls in LA and Bay Area by studying reviews, reading this forum, messaging members, and building a good rep out here in DC. The batting average was still low out west, but I saw it improve over multiple visits. And that makes the thrill of the chase more exciting.

I am patient, and extra-accommodating- My schedule is pretty much tomorrow, the next day, and the next day, any day of the week, any time you have an opening.
How many people can say that about themselves?

But seriously, I give them my real job personal info too, have the most flexible schedule in the world... it would be nice to at least receive a response of "I'll let you know" as acknowledgment.
Like, I know you have priority regulars, but keep me in mind when you have a slot open up.

If I were running a business, that's how I'd operate.

Yes, on the CV ads, you will see. . .

groups of girls who's ads are refreshed at the same time (or within a minute or two of each other).  These are girls that are most likely with the same booker, as the booker refreshes all of the ads at the same time unless a girl is booked way ahead for three or four hours that day.  In that case, they take the "available now" icon down until the time gets closer to when she has the next available opening.  That's why you may see an ad refresh at around 11:00, then when it refreshes again for the group around 1:00, one or two girls may be excluded.  This means these girls are booked ahead at least two hours, so they will be refreshed later in the day when they are within two hours of being available.  In another example, a girl might be refreshed a few times in the early part of the day, and they the "available now" icon comes down and does not go back up that day.  It means she is fully booked until closing.  

So there are two utilities that come from the "available now" icon.  It means that a girl at least has some available at some point in that day, and if you look at the initial two available now refreshes, the clustering a girls around a particular time will often let you know which girls are handled by the same booker, increasing your chances of getting a response if you have already seen other girls with the same refresh time.  Just be aware that sometimes there will be overlap between bookers on the time, so it is not foolproof, and it will take a booker with 10 or 12 girls about three or four minutes to get them all refreshed, so they will not all be at exactly the same time.  

If an "available now" refresh of the ad was done at 11:00, and its now 11:30, and you ask for an appointment, don't be surprised if the booker tells you the next available time to see the girl is 3:00p or later.  It just means other customers have beat you to the punch and have taken the available times up until the time that was quoted to you.  This is why, if you have established enough cred with the booker and they will let you pre-book the day (or two) before, you are more likely to get the time you want.  The kind of work I do is mostly by appointment and set times, so its almost impossible for me to wait for a same-day availability.  The more flexibility you have in your own schedule, the easier it is to get in on a same-day basis.

That about says it all, available now is very useful info, but to go one step further

there are at least some cases where a girl is working but her outfit doesn't take advantage of the function, or is less diligent/timely in using it.

M was the first booker that I worked with -- and bro, he was such a bro.
          Always gave you the breakdown before the selection; called during opening to make sure that you are ok with the encounter; callback after the session for feedbacks.

          Elle was cheerful with delights on the text, always a message wishing good fortune and happy holidays during those times.

          Nowadays it's all about the stacks, lucky if they send more than six words over.
