I think you have to be able to separate the porn actress from the real person.  Most everyone gets the Oscar performance with the fake moaning and all the first time.  When you repeat, you're more likely to start seeing the real personality of the girl come through.  

As far as physical characteristics, I think you need more information to draw sweeping conclusions about tightness.  You need to know if you're the first appointment of the day, or the sixth, what the dick size was of the guys that came before you (a pussy that expanded will shrink back down after sex, but not in the ten minutes between customers that many of these girls get), and how tired the girl is (is it the day BEFORE her day off, so she has done 50 guys since her last day off).  Without more information, I don't see how you can conclude that she was into the first time and not the second.  One way to make SURE they are more excited the second time is to leave a tip after the first time.  Money gets a Kgirl wet just as much as anything you can do to her sexually.  

I don't repeat with everyone, but when I do the second visit has mostly been better. I can only think of one time when the second time was disappointing. The third time has definitely not always lived up to the second though, maybe 50/50 for me.
