Does anyone have any anecdotes about firefighters or paramedics having to be called to an incall while johns were present? Do the girls receive training for how they should respond to potential questioning?

It's unlikely that they really care about anything more than the medical (unless you're talking about burning buildings) conditions.  Neither think of themselves as policing agencies. They would generally not care as long as it doesn't appear to be a real trafficking/sexual slavery situation.  

 
I did have a conversation with a couple of providers who mentioned they knew someone that needed to make an emergency call for a John. The impression I got was it was not really a big deal for them and the responders were only interested in confirming the guy was stable or taken to a hospital. No idea if those stories were true or not.

 
Are you thinking about this for personal reasons?

A few years back I stopped in San Rafael because I was way early for an appointment in the north bay. So I visited a local AMP.  

 
While I was there the fire department showed up for some sort of inspection. The girls and the mama san knew exactly what to do and handled it very discreetly.  

 
My guess, and it’s just a guess, is they have thought through and planned for most of the common scenarios.

Some years ago a K-girl told me she once saw an old guy who scared the hell out of her because he became unresponsive after he climaxed.  He came to after a bit, but she learned she wasn't the only girl who had gone through this scare with this particular guy.  She said she heard there came a day where the old guy's luck ran out and he was in such distress that he asked the girl he was seeing that day to call an ambulance.

 
The girl didn't know what to do, so calls her booker.  Booker calls a guy that is waiting to get buzzed in for the next round of appointments and asks for his help. Don't know if the booker told Mr. Helper what to do, if helper came up with idea on his own, or if the old guy might have been responsive enough to agree to a decision that paramedics should not be called to the girls room. Helper helps get old guy out of the apartment and I guess outside the building. Don't know who ends up calling 911, or if anyone waits around with old guy, but supposedly old guy ends up in monger heaven.

 
I have no idea whether there any truth to this story, but it sounds plausible in a general sense. Somebody has probably had a medical emergency in the history of LA K-girl mongering.  A panicked booker might even reach out to an arriving client for advice or assistance.  Hard to believe there might be an arriving client dumb enough to help get the guy out of the apartment, but you never know.

 
I'm an old guy myself.  Ticker seems to be running good, but you never know.  If it happened to me and I was coherent enough, I'd agree to getting dumped on a bench outside the apartment as long as they helped put my pants on first, stuck a bottle of water in one hand and my cell phone in the other.    

the biggest scare was pounding on the front door, which was the delivery man. girl got fully dressed in street clothes and went to answer. scared the shit out of me and i immediately was thinking of an escape route lol
