So it's kind of hard to explain this or put it forth but I'll try. Have you guys noticed that certain agencies bring certain types of girls? And if so, is this on purpose? By design? Is it kind of like a sports team, or any other business, where the owner hires for "culture" / "team fit" etc?

I can't speak for west coast agencies but for my DC area guys, I've noticed that one agency brings chicks that trend younger and hotter, but often less gfe/emotional connection. Whereas another brings women that may be a little older, but they are usually more true GFE/more emotional connection. And a third I guess is somewhere in the middle, I believe they are the newest of the 3 so perhaps haven't established a "niche" yet and it depends on the girl.

Don't want to name the agencies for reasons but you can PM if you'd like to discuss details.

Anyone else notice this or is it all in my head? What do you think?

Here in the Bay Area I have noticed the same thing - to a point.

 
That point, I think, is when the org starts getting larger the variability in quality increases. When I say “quality” I am not talking about a variability from a mean standard of performance. I’m talking about it as describing essential features or character. Variability in performance is another discussion and more the concern of some forum trolls who continually attempt to characterize the women who many of us are seeing as products.  

 
I think what you are describing comes in part from the fact that these girls are Korean. And the importance that Koreans place upon seniority means that the senior girl has a good bit of influence over her juniors. A senior girl in a c-org, for example has much less influence than the senior girl in a k-org. At least in my experience.  

 
But, as I mentioned, the larger the org, the more diluted the influence of the senior girl becomes. So the variability in the kind of quality - be it GFE or just an emphasis on youth and appearance - increases with the size of the group.

So yeah, think about it this way, it's kinda like choosing roommates. Or better yet, an employer looking who to work for, and vice versa.  

 
They want to at least have some compatibility.  

 

Some orgs might have stricter schedules and some are looser. I remember a kgirl telling me she had to take an extra couple of days off so she had to work extra long hours to make it up to the boss.  

Some orgs are gfe only and want to establish that firmly (tbh this is dying down here), some orgs want to be known as service orgs. Some orgs have several locations and move girls/roommates around a lot. Some, like useyrhead said, have the senior kgirl (who often might be the next org boss) lead, so they might prefer sending greener girls for her to be a teacher to them.  

Many orgs have connections daughter and sister orgs in other cities. Just in LA/bay there's at least four I believe that are closely related, maybe even more.

I probably should mention the independent girls. These are girls who not uncommonly have brought a friend or two or three along from an org or from back home in Korea.  

 
The independent groups tend to stay pretty small. And thus they are also pretty consistent for qualities.

Twoon man, it’s all about the personality for me, with some ass to grab onto. I’ve only been in the Kgirl game for about a year so I’m sure I will develop more specific preferences in time.  

I originally had a atf, but that changed a few times, then I had a top 3, now I have a top 5. LOL

If you've only been in the K-scene primarily during COVID and the FOSTA era I think you are seeing a bit of a biased sample.

 
That said, yes, the agencies do tend to tier a bit and in part the tiers include some age factors. Pre-2017 just about all the agencies in DMV were bringing younger -- late 20s to late 30s girls and most of them were quite skilled sexually and very good with creating the GFE illusion of intimacy. For the older providers then, they were all fit and took care of themselves and good with makeup and lighting to help support the illusion of youth and were all top of game in performance as well.

 
I think things are just magnified due to the limited supply or K-girls and particularly the younger ones that would be coming from Korea for tours or who came and stayed or got student visas for even longer stays.

 
I would also expect that being Korean, the agencies all fall into a status hierarchy that influences where touring girls might want to go, which agencies get first pick and how agencies might compete amongst themselves. Perhaps that type of behind the scenes aspect get magnified a bit in slow times like the past year or so.

Here in the Bay Area K girl mongering community, you will find that each org fulfills a ‘niche’ in terms of level (or style) of service provided, as well as general appearance and age of the ladies.  

For most of us up here we have probably found the org or few orgs that we prefer in terms of the service style and general appearance of the ladies they are bringing in. I know I have.  

Probably the best org that was once here that is no longer around is the old HD org. Otherwise known as kreambliss and I believe it was known by a couple other names in its time. HD hosted a few of my ATFs and routinely brought in girls who excelled in both the looks and service departments, which is a combination I seek out whenever possible.
