I provide 3 great references, and do everything ask, still the same thing every time( this girl doesn't accept black clients). however , I know at least two or three of the Iconic Divas who have African American clients and also have alternative means of screening beside the standard one.

kagencies these days are hard to get into if you dont have references which in itself makes no sense since if you cant see a kgirl how you get any reference. but keep trying some bookers will work with a newbie.
but you being black i dont know if its any added hurdle.....yes some kgirls just dont see blacks. but even seeing whites and nonkoreans are a hurdle for some of them. whites some kgirl think are hairy and dont like seeing them. nonkorean asians some kgirls say they smell. everyone has different tastes. even providers decide who they see.
