Girls are recycling their regulars, experiences have not been to par with some to encourage writing a review or simply just laziness on the hobbyists end.
the new Beta version. Members are still getting accustomed to the new everything. I've cut back on board posts because its a lot more work to try to keep up with the flow in the new format. Before, you could scan the tree easily without having to open every topic, and see more clearly who was responding to whom.
However, the flipside is that its easier to search, read and write reviews IMO.
when you're writing reviews in the Beta version, if you're not the first reviewer, you don't have to fill in the profile all over again. Saves about 10-12 minutes for me on writing a review. That was wasted time before because no matter what you put in the profile section, it didn't correct or change anything in the original profile.
I also wonder about some of the gals (primarily in MW or DTLA) who seemingly receive few if any reviews. How do they manage to stay in business? Or is it just a thing that guys are seeing them, but just not bothering to write reviews on them? Remember, this is a "review" board where the original underlying purpose was to provide info about these gals so as to help other hobbyists make decisions. If you see gals, share the experience. Ciao!
As ironic as as it may, my regular in one of the regions you mentioned has clearly expressed that she wants to keep a low volume, does not require any more reviews written about her and is quite selective of who she will keep as a regular.
A lot of us just don't write reviews for a variety of reasons....but ya, the beta format really sucks...but not in a good way.

My current crush is only the second time my big head has been knocked spinning like a top (in addition to the obvious pleasures enjoyed by Little William). And it just occurred to me that the first time this happened, the thing that eventually stopped me was the lady's relocation from WLA to MW. This time I have been driving MW from the beginning, something I would never have thought I would do on any sort of frequent basis. I guess I must be more smitten this time! 😄
Knowing me, eventually I'm going to get stuck in some horrific traffic jam, my head will explode, and my commuting days will abruptly end. I intend to enjoy myself as much as is possible until that time comes. Cheers, BD
repeated often with have started in MW, and then go to WLA, which is worse for me because I'm coming from either downtown or further South, but opposite what is bad for you. Maybe we should just meet in Century City and exchange girls?
good thing about the Beta version is searching, reading or writing reviews. Its much better than classic for this function, IMO. Trying to keep up with the boards is a lot more work because threads are more difficult to follow in the new format, and I see my participation dropping off as a result.
+1 I like the new review format, I don't know if it is new or I just never noticed it before but you can save drafts now which is helpful. The boards however have taken a step backwards, it is a lot more difficult to follow conversations.
I posted on General that the new format is cutting down on my TER-time. And I think that it is probably cutting down on others' TER time, too. . There are services like Alexa ( http://www.alexa.com/) that track website popularity based on a few parameters ... although there are better tools out there. I think TER does care about clicks, unique (new) clicks, time on the site and so on. I would NOT be surprised if their numbers are down and I, based on gut feeling, would blame it on the new GUI which is harder to use and harder to read and harder to follow. . http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion-boards/ter-general-12/anyone-seen-alexa--909363?#909363 . Has anyone out there been tracking TER on their own? Current global rank = 18,743 (climbing back after sinking to 24,000 or so). Current US rank = 3,542. (But I don't know which stat that is based on.)

of both new reviews and new board posts seems to be less than usual. What gives?
ANOTHER PROBLEM: I originally posted this as reply to the OP (billy D) but it got posted as a reply to visine. That kind of posting error is happening to me a lot. It has been reported many times and TER has not fixed it. ANOTHER PROBLEM: I am using TOR on two different computers. The dash or minus character (along the top row of the keyboard: "... 8 9 0 dash equals" enters a blank space or invisible dash. Equals sign = works ok. Here is a blank dash: - dash? Underscore dash underscore: _-_ ? There is no dash visible in the box for writing the post; there is no dash visible in my posted post. What gives?
shooting themselves in the foot. Many members don't have any reviews, but buy VIP so that they have full board access and PM capability. I don't know about you, but for me, the majority of PM's I get are related to board posts I've made. I would venture to guess there's a large part of the membership that have had the same experience. Its especially handy as a way for the ladies to get in touch with hobbyists privately. However, if board discussions subside, some peripheral players may decide they don't need to pay for VIP membership anymore.
...and to PM providers. If a provider gets a PM from me, they know it's really me, not some guy who is using my handle in an email address.
You post a lot - that's why you get PMs about your posts. You're the second top poster in the last 30 and 90 days and the third top poster in the last 6 months. Naturally you'll get a lot of PMs about your posts. However, you're an exception - there isn't a "large part of the membership that have had the same experience." There are 50,000 members online at any given time; less than 10% of them ever read the boards. Most are looking at the reviews. TER doesn't care if "peripheral players" drop their membership. After all, they're peripheral players.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
