you need to ask the Korg you want to use as a reference.
If they vouched for another Monger, also MO, that doesn't mean they will do it for you or that they do it anymore.
I've asked orgs i've used and all say they do not share references. Many did in the past.
Some will give a ref for one org but not another. It's trial and error. I even had one org that exchanged with a Latin-Brazilian service.
You’re a bad boy. Then they’ll spread the word and the next thing you know.. you’re “persona non grata”
It's strictly a business relationship, so their willingness to take the time to give you a reference is directly related to what kind of a customer you are. If you are low volume or an infrequent visitor, what motivation do they have to help you out?
When I have been asked to mentor new members in the Kgirl scene, I always ask them what they expect their frequency to look like. If you are a once or twice a month, then it's more effective if you concentrate your first several months at one agency and build your value as a customer. As you increase your volume, as many do that get hooked on Kgirls, start expanding to different agencies. frequent customers will seldom get turned down for a reference from a booker they have done a lot of business with.
Too many newbies get impatient and want to see the top girls at EVERY agency when they have no track record a booker can look to for what kind of reference he/she should give, if any at all. Frequency, respectfulness, tipping and how the girls have reported back about you are all considerations in getting a reference. Some may have a different opinion, but this is how the guys I have helped approached the business and all were successful, . . . .except one, who was a little rough with the girls even though I warned him against it. He's BL'd now, just about everywhere.
You may have done something wrong and now labeled as a bad customer. Its also possible, and maybe more probable given your statement "many orgs i have used in the past", that you are not viewed as a customer who repeats enough to be referred to new orgs. Similarly, these orgs may also feel you have asked for a reference too many times.
I've also observed that some orgs are hostile to each other and refuse to give references based on competitiveness and/or distrust of screening/verification. One org told me once they refused to accept references from one of the other orgs because they felt the other org didn't do any screening. This wasn't true of course, but I think the other org wasn't as stringent about screening as the org that refused.
Personally when there's a new org, I just give two recent orgs I've visited as refs and that has worked in almost all the cases.
Some orgs like gfei are very particular and you have to let them know first and you have to be a Reg, and they will give out a reference. But to me too much hassle to deal with and po is kinda of a trip. I asked an org once if I can get a ref, and they asked for what org. I told them which one and they were like nope. I suspect it had to do with the girl who just left them for that org.
That was the end of me asking if I can you use as a ref. Nowadays I don't ask (and of course I don't use orgs like gfei who dislike if you use them as refs without telling them first).
Im not gonna give out explicit names but I've used popular orgs before as refs and some of them are rumored to not give refs.
I'll say something that is often not said but understood... I think many orgs don't really contact org references. I've gotten OKs much faster than any actual thorough verification of both numbers would be.
