affiliated.  If you are approved at one, you are good at the other.  However, they screen you through your employment.  Very easy and unobtrusive.  Booker is exceedingly professional and as long you as you are fully cooperative, no one at your work will know why he called you there.  Its totally worth it, as they consistently have the best girls in SD.  

Not sure about Library.  I was screened by having a touring girl vouch for me while she was there.  Saw her first and since then I can see whoever I want.
