unless you have an existing customer of good standing vouch for you , you'll have to register online. If they are accepting new clients , your references pan out and the provider is available you'd hear from them.

i got same problem... texted, emailed called - nada. maybe they check reference and think it is no good and just dont bother replying?  

On their home page it says:
Sorry! We are not accepting new guest.
And it has said that for a fewf weeks. Perhaps even when this thread started. When in doubt RTFM.
