and mention that she said you're handsome and she likes you.  A lot of guys here never hear that from any woman, much less a hot one.  They will be lining up to see her.  

 
As far as believability, the only time you can believe flattery from a Kgirl is if you're not paying her for sex any more.  THEN you know when she says she likes you, its the truth.  The latest flattery I got from my current Kgirl friend is when she said, "We make the perfect couple. . . . . I'm young and cute, and you're old, but still a LITTLE BIT cute."    Compliments always come with qualifications.  She's late thirties, so I tell her she's beautiful for a woman her age.  She tells me I can fuck like a younger guy.   Neither one of us takes it too seriously even  though she claims she loves me.

Only you and Ravi will know the truth about your interaction with her. All anyone else can do is speculate based on their own experience.
I had a wound once that got infected during a long plane ride. By the time I hit ground blood poisoning had set in and advanced quite a bit. I knew I was in trouble. Fortunately my resort destination had a medical staff.  
Then I realized just how deeply in trouble I was. The doctor focused on me very calmly but intently, put his gloved hand on my foot and told me I had a serious decision to make and not much time before there was nothing anyone could do to save my life.
Why do I tell you this?
Because I found that there are other times when I encounter variations on that calm but intent look. It always means I’m going to get sincerity from someone. This level of calm, even solemn intensity is quite difficult to fake, I think. At least that has been my experience.
A few times I’ve seen a version of that calm, intent look on the face of a lovely k-girl. I find it’s best to listen very carefully when I see that look.
If Ravi gave you that feedback with genuine sincerity there were body language clues she gave you at the same time. As I said earlier, only you and she can really know.

I have fucked literally thousands of hookers, I have dated at least a hundred, I have had serious LTR's with several and yet I still sometimes get my signals wrong where it comes to K-Girls.  

 
As I am sure CDL has already said, the only way to be SURE a K-Girl is serious in her feelings for you is when she says "I don't want your money anymore" and even then it's not 100%, I think most of you have heard me tell the story about the K-Girl who stopped charging me for sex hit me up for Ten Grand just a few days into our supposed "relationship" only to leave the country a week or so later, and NO I didn't give her the money, but I didn't say no either. The long and short of it is, some of these girls have most definitely learned to fake "sincerity" so I would read too much into their words until they stop taking your money as a client and even then it still pays to keep your BS meter turned on.

 
Sorry Useyrhead, but the moment you think you have the game all figured out, they start playing a new game. Sincerity isn't all that hard to fake.

I’ve always considered it a combination of sad and funny to watch people who think they’re successfully faking sincerity. Sure, sometimes I’ve gone along with it and been burned. But each time I walked into it with my eyes open recognizing the risk. With a fallback in place to protect my interests.
