The OP on the DC Regional Board was referring to the Virginia Commission on Human Trafficking’s final report. Its scope includes all human trafficking including domestic workers, restaurant workers and even nail salon techs. It only calls for the establishment of task forces and increased education to address the problem.

Until action plans are unveiled, I don’t see this impacting hobbying in the DC area, and even then law enforcement would focus on the low hanging fruit of the store front AMPs.
