K-girls

I think it's very easy to implement but are you sure it's not just a k-girl rumor?

https://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion-boards/ter-general-board-12/2025-new-sex-law--1028419?page=1

While browsing the General Board earlier, I came across a discussion regarding the "2025 New Sex Law." Initially, nothing seemed particularly surprising to me. However, one of my acquaintances in the K-girl community reached out to express concerns about a rumored policy change. She inquired whether, beginning January 20, 2025, individuals overstaying their visas might be denied check-in for domestic flights and detained for unlawful presence in the U.S.

According to her, this rumor has already prompted many overstaying kgirls to cancel coast-to-coast travel plans. I followed up on this by confirming with another K-org  that there has indeed been a noticeable trend of such cancellations. It appears that many within the K-girl and K-org communities are apprehensive about potential policy shifts under the incoming administration. Specifically, they worry about stricter enforcement of immigration laws and expanded measures targeting visa overstayers.

What are your thoughts on the implications of these developments?

ICE’s top priority will be thousands upon thousands of immigrants holding deportation orders, along with undocumented aliens with violent criminal backgrounds.  Not sure if or when there will be an emphasis on visa overstays, but it will be interesting to see how that shakes out.

Certainly adds a new twist potential. Who is up for booking a private sleeper cabin and making the trip, or at least part of the trip, with you favorite who is leaving on a tour?

Maybe even an opportunity for a new service offering ;-)

1. The new administration will be both data and numbers driven. They will want to show HUGE numbers of 'caught' illegals. The more the better for their image.
2. Data will provide the most ‘captures’ and the lowest hanging fruit is the TSA database used @ check-in.
3. Train travel long distance in the U.S. is an absolute joke. Very limited destinations, very time consuming; even on those rare instances when they run on time, and if you want a sleeper it will cost you more than the escort.

I talked to a lovely East European lady, who was on a tight budget and traveled mostly by bus between cities.

I don't think that dealing with thousands deportation and not letting those who overstayed their visa on the plane is mutually exclusive though. It wouldn't be hard to implement such a policy at the airports at all. Big potential problem for many of our friends and not only of k-girl variety.

It also could be a rumor though. I forgot how many times a k-girl texted me that something dramatic was happening that ended up being a nothing burger.

This is specifically related to Real ID act being enforced in May of 2025. There is a push to delay strict enforcement to 2027 with a gradual enforcement such as giving the person 3 warnings to get a complaint real ID.

would give them time to rest and check the scenery, they just might like it!

But if the TSA checks come down hard, the person could roll the dice and maybe get fucked, and not in a good way!

IIRC, it's 36 hrs to Chitown, stop for a Blues 'n' Jazz trip and then head to Philadelphia, DC and then NY.

worked both NorCal and SoCal that went by Korean taxi when they changed locations.  Buses are a huge step down from a private car.  Korean taxis make more sense, and even more so if you can "share" it with another girl who is going either the same direction or the opposite direction as you.  The taxi driver will also take all of her luggage and other shit up to the room in a little wagon.  The bus driver won't.

It's not uncommon in some of apartment complexes with multiple incalls in OC for me to encounter a Kgirl with her taxi driver behind her pulling a wagon full of her stuff either leaving or checking into an incall while I'm on my way to a session with a different Kgirl in another apartment.  Some Kgirls are so plain without their makeup on you would not realize they are a working Kgirl if it weren't for the presence of the taxi driver, but that's another subject.  Lol

One of my regulars recently used a Korean taxi for her roundtrip to the Bay Area from Ktown.  Fare was $600 one way in an electric car and trip lasted nearly 8 hrs.  I've driven that route hundreds of time and a 6.5 hr with my ICE car is pretty standard for me.  Next time she wants a driver with a regular ICE auto and hated sitting in the car while it was charging.

I’m not sure whether or not a person with a valid foreign passport needs to present a visa to the airlines or TSA when just traveling within the USA. I tried to check it out online but was unsuccessful. The proof of the pudding would be to ask a gal who has a currently valid visa if she had to present it when just flying domestically.

Yes but the thing is that a visitor visa that has overstayed is no longer valid. I’m not certain as well if they will have to present the visa as well as their i-94. TSA agents are security they are not immigration officers. If someone doesn’t have a Real ID they are not getting arrested or detained they are just denied to go through security.  So this might be an issue for the touring K-girls.

But you know what the airports have more than most places CPB and  ICE Agents.   Who certainly can detain and arrest.

My opinion is that there are so many who don’t have compliant real ID  right now (citizens and those who can’t get one) that the chances a k-girl getting singled out with an unexpired foreign passport but an overstay visa are likely low.  But traveling via the airport did get more inconvenient and a bit more dangerous for a lot of them.

Disruptions are beginning to impact our hobby community, as concerns over long-distance travel and visa checks at airports have led many touring  kgirls to cancel their upcoming schedules. As a result,  heard from the grape vines, several K-orgs are planning to shut down operations—one in the Northeast, one in the Mid-Atlantic, and one in the Northwest—while another in the South is considering relocation. Additionally, two new agencies have put their launches on hold for at least a few months.

In response to these challenges, some well-known & popular  kgirls are contemplating transitioning to independent work to avoid the risks associated with flying. Just last night, a newly arriving Kgirl reportedly spent 12 hours traveling by Korean taxi to circumvent airport screenings.
Hopefully, these difficulties subside soon, allowing us to return to a more stable and enjoyable hobby environment.

I agree with MofCoin and was told as such.  The Real id is the issue, starting in May.  It seems that many are starting to relocated permanently to the east coast.  Escorts seem to be bouncing from local agency to local agency, which I not seen before.  Up and down the east coast train travel is very doable, whereas west coast to east coast train travel is not.

Only those who have some permanent resident status could even get a Real ID and no foreign tourist will ever have one issued by a USA State. However, a Real ID is not required for travel as pretty much all modern government issued passports qualify as well for travel identification purposes.

Visa status, not Real ID, is the problem here.

I dont get this part. Most independent girls tour and take flights elsewhere too.

Conversely, there are kgirls who never tour and stay in one place all the time.

Ha Ha - the very first Fox News picture of the 'crackdown' was in a Home Depot parking lot. Their top priority is numbers - they will grab the easy pick'ns, not the difficult....

I agree they will go for the easy targets to get numbers looking good. But honestly, just how many K-girls, or agency support people, do you think are going to be found at HD?

There are clearly concerns in the K-community, even beyond the one's we like to see, but right now they are not in panic mode and most seem to be in a wait and see just how things play out type mode.

Likely the entry denial will increase at point of entries.   Some have indicated that even Japanese girls are targeted now by immigration officers at airports.

It's something that is even reported in the Korean news. So it undoubtedly is something that is talked about both here and in ROK.  I don't really think there is a huge issue related to those who might come for the 90 day visa waiver program and don't plan on staying. Certainly an issue for those that stayed here. They are sort of trapped -- stay and not travel (maybe still get caught) -- take a chance traveling but perhaps more expensive and longer travel time (so higher costs, less income) -- return to Korean and hope they can play the 90 day game (but might get tagged on exit and told not to try coming back).

Agreed and if they will check or feel empowered in this climate to  check on visa status for someone who is presenting a foreign passport to travel domestically.
