I think the way ca-kdolls addresses it is pretty clear.  The girls are all GFE unless their ad says there is a PSE "OPTION."  An option implies an upcharge.  That doesn't mean that there are NOT GFE girls selectively allowing BBFS, but in my own experience, those that are under the radar do not generally offer CIP, even if offered an upcharge.  The absence of CIP does not help from an STI perspective, but it sure can assuage the concerns of those customers who want DATY as part of their experience.
