I would like to suggest the Phili Help thread asked a few day back be considered an informal TOTM award candidate.

 
I think it is a great example of what threads in this forum could be and should seek to emulate: Help sought and offered, clear and specific assistance provider, polite and producing an actionable and appreciated result. No heated argument, not bashing others, not amorphous or overly general to the point of being pure abstract with little meaningful impact to how anyone finds what most are here looking for.
