Regarding STD reporting ?

Regarding STD reporting:  with the increasing availability of BB providers and growing demand within the BB market, the overall risk of STD transmission has inevitably risen. I just read an interesting discussion on another forum (Sex Guide – Seattle, Kangels discussion), where an individual believed he contracted an STD from BB J-girls in November/December 2025.

Reading this thread prompted me to reflect and raise an important question: beyond seeking medical evaluation and treatment, what steps should be taken to notify others? Would you inform the general public, notify only the specific agency or booker involved, or pursue another approach? What is the most responsible and appropriate course of action in such situations?

Ive heard instances where a client notified the Booker saying he got an std from a specific girl he's seen (as he didn't have any sex with anyone else for like a month) and then he was banned. As usual, some bookers are sensitive as fuck to that..

So maybe it's best to just tell Booker you got an std, not insinuate who youve gotten it from, and just say that in a "FYI" fashion. But again, not guaranteed Booker won't read you a lecture or tell you "wtf you telling me that".

Id were being honest, with many bookers having very little contact with actual girls nowadays beyond logistics, I'm not even sure they can affect anything. I know many girls unless they have symptoms won't do testing or take off days when they can be earning money. Many girls are on constant all kind of pill supply.

In short, I don't know if there's an established protocol of reporting this, and many clients would be afraid to do so imo.

(I suppose some will say perfect world means it never happens but) people would be able to tell the agency and the girl as well as others here who may have seen her. But that is not the world in which we live.

I think all three of the mentioned approaches have some serious difficulties both from a knowledge perspective, both in terms of certain about the origins and credibility of the claim, and from a repercussions perspective. That said what may be a positive step would be a public disclosure with actually disclosing the specific people or agencies involved. Clearly that doesn't help anyone avoid and still runs up against issues of claim credibility, but it might actually start providing a picture of the risks so everyone can start making a bit more informed assessments of the risk exposure and where it fits into their risk profile.

But even if that were to occur I suspect it would not move the needle much on the dial for most people so suspect not much behavioral change should be expected.

The booker said it was serious but she was not taken off the website.  When I inquired a few days later the booker said she wasn't seeing anyone.  Yet, still on the site.  This is a booker that is gone now.  But, still a problem.
