and M's contact number is still the same as it was years before that.  I still get a text from her when new girls arrive, and it's on the same number I have always used.  If she's not responding because YOUR number has changed, then just text her and give her your old number and tell her your number has changed, and then refresh her memory of who the last few girls were that you saw of hers besides Megan.  I notice you did not review Megan.   Have you actually seen her, or is that just a point of reference for a time-line?  

 
If you were not previously approved by M, then you will be treated like any other new customer and she may not respond at all, but a properly formatted appointment request will at least get her attention and provide all of the information she needs to book an appointment with one of her girls.
