The well known WLA location forced most of K houses out. The location has been K Girl staple one since the Parkasian days of late 2000s.

I fondly remember Park Asia.  But please provide more info, like a link to what’s up.

K-orgs have been forced out, presumably by the new management of the complex, but they are not all out yet, so I would caution about asking for details on a public board.  PM would be better.

Um, most of the info is already out in the public on the other board. Pussycat is out of the bag.

Tldr: management at sawtelle has had enough and kicking them out. From what I learned some orgs would get kicked out and then re-settle in the same apartments. Which to me isn't smart at all. And that likely contributed to the management getting more pissed.

over there are publishing the location.  As a group, they don't seem to understand that this is an illegal hobby until they personally get busted.   They are probably the same guys that stand around the keypad watching their cell phone for the code to get inside.

Over the years, there have been more Kgirl busts at that place than any other in SoCal.  LE can spot the guys waiting for codes and just follow them in to see which apartment they go to.  With that location, it's usually not a question of bad screening on the part of the booker, its careless mongers who have no sense of situational awareness.

Can you tell me why orgs even when kicked out want to go back to the same complex? Mongers will go wherever the orgs are so why are orgs coming back to anger management (hehe) even more?

I heard sawtelle is a zoo of a location but instead of rushing to blame mongers as you always do, maybe you can explain this desire to stay at same property?

my guess is that it is an older area and there are few large complexes around there.  Staying there does seem counter-intuitive when there are problems.  If they move down to PV, there is a wealth of new complexes.  The rates are a little higher, but many Kgirls who have gone independent or are UTR love it there.  Kgirl legend Megan worked from PV for well over a year before going independent and moving down to MDR.  I think most guys who visit WLA would be willing to drive down the 405 to the Jefferson exit in PV.  It's only about 15 minutes further from downtown LA.  It's actually a little closer for those of us that come up from OC.

I think if careless mongers who are not discreet in their movements start getting arrested, too, WLA as we know it will dry up and the customers will either go South to PV or East to Ktown.   Just my opinion.

If it’s the spot I think everyone is taking about it would be a shame to loose that spot. It’s super easy as far as near by amenities. Starbucks or McDonald’s to use a bathroom bed you walk up. Parking is always nice. But you I’ve been there before they got the new boxes and had 3 mongers standing at the door phone in hand like first timers. Keep your head down boys. Don’t go up before you have text in hand to go and be as invisible as possible. Easy back door exits to get out of too. Not like some of those mazes in/near Ktown.

discussed before.
Hope the link works.

a while back, said it started as a plumbing/water usage problem.
A lot of showers and washing machines going almost all the time.
Management went in for an inspection and saw how the pad didn't look kosher.
Stacks of clean and dirty towels.
It's been going on for a long time and it's hard to believe management didn't know about the activities, but let it slide for whatever reason.

I've wondered at times about the difference in utility (primarily water) consumption and that being a big sign that something is going on. I suspect in general the management doesn't do that type of analysis and I suspect for many people connecting the dots to lots of water use or excessive use of washer and drier machines (must not be very sound proof units though) to this particular activity.

Certainly walking into some of the places probably makes one wonder if someone is actually living there -- which is one reason why they should invest in usual apartment/condo type furnishings. You really don't know when maintenance or management might need to visit and you don't have time to go shopping at that point.

prior to signing a lease if the water is metered individually or altogether.  If it's individually, then it's better for them to pay the water company directly than have the bill go to the manager for payment.

I can’t see the management knowing the over usage of water since the units aren’t metered. There’s no way to know how much water they are using.   It did seem like they were inspecting the units a few times a year just on my luck of the draw seeing girls there and how often they were off do to the inspection. The last manager must have got a kick back every time they inspected the units.
