K-girls

I asked and they had no idea

I tried this on the LA thread with no responses, so I’ll try it here. Just wondering if anybody has casually chatted with a BBFS K-girl (or a booker) and asked if they are commonly using the PrEP drug now?

here, either.  One of ways a question like this can be construed by the booker is that YOU have HIV and you want to know which girls you can fuck BB without infecting them, . . . . because you're a nice guy.  Lol       Consequently, only a moron would bring this topic up with a booker for fear of a BL.

How many of the girls are here legally and could get it?

Well of course the reason to ask a provider is for your own peace of mind.  But obviously it would have to be somebody you have rapport with. PrEP seems like something a frequent hobbyist could look into as well. I know it says one of the side effects could be brittle bones. Need to look into it more. Personally, I’m just committing to more discipline with using a cap.

...with other K-mongers and asked if they are commonly using the PrEP drug now?  Why are you putting the onus on K-girls?  Men can take PrEP too you know.

I was an unrepentant BBFS lover ten years ago, but it was UTR and YMMV back then.  Now that it's advertised openly, I only see GFE girls.  I made the decision during the 20-month TER blackout in the US when some agencies began advertising PSE girls. On one hand, knowing who is offering BBFS indiscriminately allows me to avoid dangerous situations.  The problem is that, when the girl does not have an option to withhold BBFS once she does a short-arm inspection, she is taking risks that she would not have taken years ago when all BBFS was YMMV.  BBFS proponents will argue that the girl always has the right to refuse if something is not right about the customer's health or hygiene, but if they do withhold service, they are guaranteed a bad review, which hurts their business.

I've caught three STD's from Kgirls over the years going bare.  I just put myself on the bench for two weeks while the meds work their magic.  Fortunately, I never caught HIV or HSV2, both of which are treatable, but not curable. I decided to go covered going forward because I might want to settle down with a woman some day and have HIV or Herpes limits my options in that respect. If I'm looking for a life partner in my later years, I don't want to be limited to retired Kgirls that have the same incurable diseases I might end up with.  Lol

BBFS hounds and are taking it, but they realize that these drugs have not been around long enough to show what the long-term damages is to your Liver and Kidneys.  Young guys seem to have the attitude that these organs are built to last a long time, and they don't think about the consequences if they start failing before other parts of their bodies, and what a shitty life they will have.  Anybody who knows someone on dialysis knows what a wretched lifestyle it is.  Their only consolation is that it's still better than being dead.

I think there is also an attitude on the part of mongers that, since they are the ones paying, it should be the Kgirl's responsibility to keep them all safe.  Realistic?  You be the judge.

I chatted about prep with some of my regular girls. Most have never heard of it and none were on it. I sent them some information about it but with no health insurance and prep being mostly available for men it is very unlikely any of them are going to start it.

The agencies have no interest in giving any sex-ed and potentially scaring the girl away from bbfs either which definitely sucks. South Korea has pretty bad sex education, too.

One of my regular went BBFS because business was slow for her.  I had an appointment last month with her. I am a safe sex guy using a condom.  Noticed she had taken a small blue pill out of a package that looked like viagra.  Now I wonder if its PreP that she took.

A K-girl told me that we could do it BBFS next time. When I looked skeptical, she reached into her handbag and pulled out both birth control and PrEP pills (there are different kinds of PrEP including an injection version) to show me she was safe each way. PrEP doesn't do anything to prevent HSV2, but it is highly effective against HIV from vaginal sex (99 percent was one number that I saw on a CDC site). This figure is for vaginal sex only, not injection drug use or gay or straight anal sex where the effectiveness is much lower or unknown respectively.

I mentioned PrEP to another K-girl after that and she was unaware of it, but planned to ask her doctor for it.

Based on the photos on a pharma company website, one of the PrEP pills is blue, but it is shaped more like a somewhat larger blue Tic Tac rather than the more irregular-shaped Viagra or generic sildenafil pills.  However, she probably should have taken it at least a few days in advance rather than at the time of the session.  There are different drugs for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). On the other hand, maybe she had taken it earlier and as just re-upping it because she was reminded of the need for it at the time of a BBFS session.

To be eligible for PrEP, she would have needed to be HIV free at the time she got the prescription. Presumably, she stayed HIV-free thereafter if she was taking PrEP regularly.

There's DoxyPEP and DoxyPrEP for bacterial STIs too.
