Kgirls are tested frequently but what happen when they found something?  Do they take some time off to treat either temporarily or permanently?
Is that their personal decision or the bookers?
Do they even share the test results with their bookers?
Love to hear your thoughts, experiences...
Thanks

They are tested frequently.  There are practices in place at each org to address any issues that may come up regarding the testing.  They have a vested interest in keeping their customers as safe as possible. I don't think its appropriate to discuss the details of what they specifically do on a public board.  Most horror stories in the past are associated with Hobbyists that engaged in certain risky behaviors.  Always use a cover and there is very little chance you will have a negative life-changing experience.  There HAVE been cases in the past where hobbyists lived to regret some of their own decisions regarding safety.

you are still allowing the possibility of fluid exchange.

CDL is correct that any fluid exchange has a potential risk. An argument could be made that P2P is worse as stubble and micro abrasions may be just as bad for microbe entry. BBFS rightly gets the most attention but the standard GFE also needs some caution:

Great article telling the story of DNA detective work to trace the origin of the strain of GC that is resistant to all antibiotics back to the original source,a Japanese hooker (and yes the strain has migrated to the USA West Coast). The upshot of the story is there is more risk to BBJ than we all thought-gonorrhea flourishes in the throat (not the mouth) where it can sit asymptomatically and mutate until it is passed on to the next visitor. Serum tests are sensitive to the viruses HIV and HSV1 and DNA testing of urine can rule out genital GC and Chlamydia but how many providers routinely get a throat culture? This often is the only way to detect a carrier. Furthermore it takes a different and longer antibiotic regimen to eradicate the bacteria from the throat than from the junk. Smart providers should include this as part of their lab work.

Finally sensitive DNA tests can detect shedding of Herpes virus unpredictably from infected people between overt episodes. Condoms do not completely protect against transmission.

Not exactly Holiday cheer for the hobby but we all need to be aware of the risks we take.

I know some kgirls who have herpes.
They stop working when apparent symptoms are there but they do work again when the symptoms are gone.

with all the ass eating and kissing, herpes 1 and 2 should be spreading up and down all around.

or maybe the mouthwash and entry/exit showers really cut down on the risk

Actually the shower routine before sex is a good check for various forms of visual sores and it is a good practice to allow this to happen. We should not pass this up. Sometimes when thing are hot and heavy and we have already prepared ourselves we pass this up, but I think they are still checking for signs, at least I hope so.

that don't care if you showered five minutes ago in the apartment next door.  They still want to get you into the shower and stroke your dick with some soap to see if you flinch from getting soap in an open cut or sore.  Its one of the ways they check other than a visual inspection, which in the low light of an incall, can miss some things.
