Don't wanna sound like a broken record, but the bay area....
dilapidated meth houses  sell for $1million+ (compared to $500k in LA)
and every whoremonger is probably cash-rich working for a silicon valley tech company.

the average rate is $210-220 per hour, kgirls do ALL the same shit as in LA, and they're just as attractive.
Girls who visit LA invariably go back up to the bay for a lower rate.  
and don't give me the "assholes" excuse.
There are many entitled assholes up there... just look at Uber's big asshole Kalanick.
Last I checked, silicon valley is famous for its misogynistic culture.  

why do those johns get all the benefits .

Have any of you discussed this with kgirls who have been in both areas ?

It's long, but the first few paragraphs are amusing.

It's the law of economics, supply and demand. The ladies charge what the market will bear.  

Who are mongers to dictate price? If anything it looks as though the cost of admission might be headed up not down.  

I am not the richest dude here, not by any stretch of the imagination, but even I will never begrudge the ladies their living. Maybe you should just move to the Bay Area if you find the pricing more to your liking.

The orgs/bookers take $30 less in the BA, so the girls make the same at a $220 rate as they do in LA at $250.  They're NOT taking a cut. The whole strategy behind veteran girls touring is to have a cadre of regulars in several cities, so when all of their favorite guys have seen you multiple times in one city and business starts to slow down, they just go to the next city where their regulars there are anxiously waiting to keep them booked solid for three or more weeks.

Who doesn't like to have more cents? Kgals have a lot more businesses in NoCal than here even with almost twice the number of gals. Maybe the agencies are smart to charge less and attract more tech dudes with extra cash.
 
Also, competition can keep price from rising too fast. It's all speculation because I have never been curious about this business.  All I know is some gals are busier up there than down here.
 
Maybe that's also why there are openly advertised PSE providers up there to separate from the other gals. I am more surprised this movement has not spread to LA. I guess gals down here understand they will lose certain type of gents if they do that, or maybe they still value their health and longevity.
