if you look at the border around her body, you can tell what areas are enlarged or reduced by photoshopping.  Example:  The pillow behind her left thigh should be in a  shady area away from the light, like the pillow next to it.  In a natural photo with no touch-up, the pillow closer to her body would be receiving more shadow than the one farther away, and that is not the case here.  They appear to have reduced her thunder-thighs,  and pushed out her butt a little to make her look more curvy than chubby.  However, the good news with this is that she might really be an E-cup, as fat thighs and big tits naturally occur together.  Lol
