In Vegas I would start with Vegas Asian Club. The booker there is friendly and easier to get started with than the others.

If you're willing to provide pii (which I assume you did already for nova) pretty much 90% of orgs are open to you. If you aren't, it may be something like 30%. Still well worth it.

I can't speak to Vegas, but I believe that your best bet would be getting an LA area code through a free texting service, such as Google Voice or Text Now. If an agency responds to you, they'll expect references and PII, so if you're comfortable with the latter, to get the former, you'd likely have to visit some C-orgs that could vouch for you. Additionally, if you visit a particular AMP review site, they have a few threads on this topic, with information about noobie friendly agencies.
