Hey all! New hobbyist here.
I was reading a bunch of articles in regards to K-bookers and how the system worked. I've visited NYC to get quite an experience myself
and was wondering whether if the pictures on LAKStyleBlog's were spot-on in regards to the actual person herself?
I'm in the process of planning a trip to LA but was wondering whether the pictures that are posted on the blogs are representative of the actual K-girl.
Does anyone have experience with this matter?
Look, I just mentioned that I was new. I thought the whole idea of this website was so that newbies like me wouldn't be ripped off at when they found an escort they liked.
I asked a simple question that really didn't imply any further extrapolation of an escort's information in LA. It was just an inquiry about whether if people found the appearances of their escorts to their liking.
We all support TER in a different way. Some of us have been VIP members for years, and have never written a review. We do support the industry by reading reviews and supporting providers with good reviews. If we choose not to write reviews , we pay for VIP. I'm sure those hundreds of dollars a year are appreciated by someone and help keep the site up and running.
So I get your remark. But the OP has no reviews, no thread history, but wants info? No way.
I understand.
is mo' betta' than no reviews Cap'n. ;
Yes, I have seen a few in Seattle and Bay Area, and they are spot on.
it is more like 50-50 chance..some pics are old others are from girls who look alike. It is always a gamble in K-land
There are some Orgs in BA advertised else where that use fake pics but I know to just avoid those places anymore.
As you get out more often, the more you learn who & where to trust for accurate pics.
having never used K-girl before but plan on using in the LA area soon - would anyone know if any of the ladies offer outcall or only incall
Thank you @DeepHardLong
That was the kind of answer I was looking for. To be honest, I really don't get the deal with the "exclusivity" mentality that exists among certain users in regards to answering simple inquiries.
This forum was made with the goal of preventing scams/rip-offs by appropriating a review system that was fair and legit. I only asked a simple question in regards to whether if the escort's appearance was spot-on in regards to the pictures that were posted on the blog. :/ I really didn't ask for any other information since I had done some of my research in getting started within the LA area.
LAKStyleBlog's photos are nothing more than archives of ladies' ads. Some ads are current, but many are old ads, and few are ladies who are long gone. As with all ads, it's caveat emptor. It's provably better to search for active providers using local ads that is popular in LA.
Most providers who " retire " comeback using a different name. Who is " Gone But Not Forgotten " today could be the " K-doll of the Month" tomorrow .
The blog compiles profiles of KDs working several cities often under different names. Their discussion board is the forum where cross referencing takes place . If someone in Seattle , LA or any city asks for info on a new arrival more than likely she has previously worked elsewhere under different handles, in which case the enquiry will be satisfied within hours.
What LAKStyleblog is offering is not much different from what you suggested on 9/3 / 2013 just a year ago.

Nationwide database of K-girl providers - good idea or bad

What do you think about a database hosted somewhere that cross-reference and link all the various names and reviews for K-girl providers in different cities? I can see the potential benefit of such a database, but at the same time see downsides such as providing too much information for the non-hobbyists. To maintain such a database would be a tall task given that some providers use fake photos and wishful stats as well as fake reviews. However if there were enough dedicated contributors around the country, I think it can be done. TER would be a perfect place to do it, however their review model does not provide enough flexibility for various names and cities for these girls. Thoughts
But seriously, LAKS should take outdated profiles and hide it in a vault or member's only area. I heard from several providers who wanted their outdated photos and ads removed without success. They don't want photos of their prior ads posted on such a well known public database to stay long after they have returned to their regular lives for their family and friends to find. Too often they are duped by bookers and agency owners to post unblurred photos of themselves. They are told it's the norm and it'll only be up while they're working. They are first shocked and then regret later when they find those same photos on sites like LAKS long after they've returned to Korea. I know that getting rid of old photos on LAKS does not remove them from the internet, but I think LAKS can set a good example by not making public those photos of non-active K-girls.
