I'm kinda annoyed by this, so I found a great provider and happy with the GFE they are offering. I myself have not tried PSE because it is still higher risk, but I recently found out this provider used to offer PSE somewhere else. Does this offer any additional risk or was that just in the past so it's ok now (bbbj, daty, dfk, etc).

you equate PSE with BBFS?   There are providers who offer PSE but not BBFS.

If she’s not offering it now, your risk is pretty low. Even a provider with solely at GFE history may have engaged in some PSE practices in the past with a bf, so you never know.

that USED to offer BBFS who do not anymore.  Many YMMV girls stopped offering it when they were outed by one of their customers that they trusted.  As far as risk, it depends on why she stopped offering it.  If it's because she caught genital herpes, and now must use a cover to prevent it from spreading to others, then the risk is associated with activities that involve P2P contact without a cover.  If she quit because she got outed by some douchebag, then she is probably disease-free because her previous policy of limited BBFS and staying UTR reduces the risk that she has an incurable disease.   Its not a foolproof assumption, but I'm playing the percentages compared to girls who openly advertise BBFS.

There are others (most recently notably a k-bird named Cherry) who are CFS in one area of the country and PSE in another. for the change to "PSE" for BBFS goes back several years to the frequent busts on Pepsi's Palace in Ktown, which was the first place in LA to flaunt BBFS.  She seemed to think, at THAT time, that using BBFS was bringing the heat due to public health concerns.  In other words, a BBFS house is more of a risk to the public for the spread of disease than covered prostitution.  Whether this is real or just her perception is not clear, IMO, but a few later busts of newer BBFS agencies suggests there might be some substance to her conclusions.

It sucks to find out that she's GFE here and openly advertised as BB there.  Agencies/bookers trying to justify their higher rates with market tolerances.  I saw a posting that suggested that if it bothers you that you should get just get tested, because most girls are not tested regularly.  But I agree with you that it is annoying.  It's part of the you never really know what you're going to get advertising until you walk through the door.
