the Kgirl board, I assume you want to see Kgirls, but as Silky says, your chances of getting approved by a booker are not good without local refs, and if you're texting from a phone that does not have a local area code, you are not likely to even get a response.
You're better off trying to see indies who do their own screening. I would recommend trying Ashley Shye or Carla Di Capri. They both post on the Los Angeles Regional board.

She said all the customers are respectful gentlemen. Now, the reason they are all well-behaved is because they screen by having you text a photo of your drivers license to the booker. If you're not good with allowing that, Vegas will not be any more friendly than LA to out-of-towners.
You don't need to worry about providing your ID. I have never had any booker try to use my ID for anything else. They do this because they know if you live in another state, YOU ARE NOT LOCAL L.E.. Pretty simple.
Do an advanced search with the fields, location-Las Vegas, Service-escort, ethnicity-Asian, and a lot of agency Kgirls will come up. Just contact them, tell them who you want to see, and they will tell you the procedure for getting screened. If you want outcall, you need to be in a major strip hotel (not downtown or off-strip). They will contact the hotel to verify you are a guest. Don't even think of trying to scam them by giving a phony DL or name. The will BL all over town and there's no coming back from that. Most Vegas Kgirl agencies charge $300 for incall and $400 for outcall for an hour.
On outcalls, they will give the girl just your photo, not the rest of your info, and if the person opening the door in the hotel room is NOT the guy in the photo from the DL, the girl will not come into the room and will leave. This closes the loop on outcall security there.
I have been getting random texts inviting me back from bookers all over the country that I have not patronized in over two years. While TER was dark, I mostly saw Kgirls in SoCal and Vegas, occasionally out of the country when traveling on business.
If you are saying that in some parts of the country there is a central database of phone numbers, there very well may be, but I don't know of any in SoCal. Bookers keep their own phone books and will verify numbers for ref requests, but don't routinely share or trade numbers with other bookers. My guess is that you are saying "in the system" means you are in the database of many different bookers, not some centralized phone number bank.
