They leave the photos up indefinitely for every girl that has ever worked there.  However, only about 6-10 are actually available at any given time.  In addition, some photos are for girls that have worked other places, but not at this place.  They highjack photos to make their org look bigger.  It would be an impossible task for a booker to manage the 225 girls shown in the gallery at the same time.    I gave up using them after I was told that NONE of the ten girls on my list that I was willing to see were available.  Lol   Most reliable Asian org in London is "Asianselection" IMO.  

Your response about how it would be impossible to manage such a large number of gals got me thinking. How do the bookers in LA coordinate the appointments they make with other bookers for the seemingly ever increasing number of gals that are listed on multiple sites. Is there a computerized “central clearing house”?  
Or are we mongers being “pimped” into believing that all these sites have different bookers? Could it be that there’s just a handful of bookers all wearing different hats?

Most girls use own chat rooms on KakaoTalk which is shared with all bookers.  That way all bookers can see time slots available.  Some houses will have their own organizers who coordinate with different bookers.
