The answer is usually $520.  They merely add the one hour and 30-minute rates together.  90 minutes is the worst deal in the business, but a lot of guys, especially married guys, can only "get away" for 90 minutes, and the price doesn't matter to them.  They have more money that available time for Kgirls.  

 
When I started in the Kgirl scene, it wasn't like this.  The 90 minute rate was one and half times the hour rate, plus $20, so back then, the answer to this would have been $440 at the current rate of $280/hr.

CDL wins! I lost. Super awkward and I was lucky that I had some more ducats on me. I’ve seen this person so many times that maybe the PO thought s/he didn’t have to make that known.  

I think I might be done with them. That’s just lame.

90 minutes these days should just work out their schedule to do two hours.  It's only $40 more than 90 minutes.  $520 is outrageous.  The bookers are actively discouraging 90 minutes with the pricing because it's easier for them to manage the schedule when all customers are either one or two hours.  30 minutes is a bad deal for the same reason, but I know several "lunch-hour" mongers who do 30 minutes because they have to be back at work within one-hour total time.  One hour is only $40 more as well.

Decoy effect. There's a specific hour value the provider wants and compared to it the ither options all appear pretty bad in terms of value.

 
Now why doubles option is way over 2x the price for a lot of orgs when corgs give you a small discount so it's less than 2x, I will never get. Considering most doubles are weak with no girl on girl interaction and them just taking turns on you.

30 minutes bills at 240 if quantity is 1. If quantity is 2 (an hour) then 30 minutes is discounted to about 60% of the one unit rate. (280/2 = 140, 140/240 = 0.58xxx) So in my ideal world she would discount a quantity of 3 thirty minuets block to a 30 minute rate of 140*140/240, which would then be multiplied by 3 to get the 90 minute rate of 3 * 140 * 140/240 = 245.  

 
So clearly the real world answer to Sags question is far from my ideal world. Then again, the assumption of some constant discount rate given the one observation is probably a bit questionable to start with ;-)

 
That said, I would be interested in knowing what the 2 hour rate is. Do they add another 240 to the 520 fee or just double the 1 hour rate?

it's always just double the hour rate.
Now, upcharges can vary.
Sometimes one upcharge covers multiple hours and other times the upcharge is added for each hour.
