This is probably a dumb question, but is this board specifically about Korean providers and the haunts and habitats where those most delectable of creatures can be found, or about Asian ladies in general?  Not that I'm complaining either way.

Oh man, all of this about LA makes me sad.  I've heard about the Korean girls there, not just the providers but the civilians.  I might have moved there if I'd fallen under the K spell as a young man ...

The general consensus within the LA kgirl community has regarded Chicago as a raising touring destination, although the recent report suggest that Chi-town is colder than Mars. So a lot of scheduled travelings are halted until after Korean new year.

SF, (actually the Golden Triangle) is the only place in the states that compares to LA.

From my brief experience one would not get bored with the Korean Palace girls in Chicago and from the reviews there seem to be enough alternative outlets. LA is an insiders game as all the discussion on this board about the difficulty getting in with the bookers attests. Bay Area has the numbers and it seems competition keeps the price down. NYC and Philly have recently improved the scene with a few good houses but in NY the Chinese providers are the rising stars.

I'm sure Prismatics will let you know for sure about LA's fourth quarter but.
Many ladies left LA, some to SF, there is a new crop but, that is it, they are new.

We get touring k-girls up here in Minneapolis.  So the agency issue doesn't seem to be the same problem, as I managed to get in with just two okays on p411 at the time.  Of course we don't get the selection of a major k-girl hub city, but I find they come here at a rate that exceeds my budget, so even then I can't sample them all

I realize one must be careful with regard to how much stock one puts in anything gleaned from the internet, but I was blown away recently with regard to the number of girls that are (allegedly) doing it. I don't understand the mentality on either side, those that seek it or those that give it out.

Regarding the current LA market and how we got here, it is a complicated topic that could be stretched on for hours. There's a lot of threads earlier this year that has been archived, do a search for more details if you find it interesting.

I identify with the sentiments of our Minnesota colleague. While we do not have a large selection in Philadelphia the two reliable agencies,EPM and Osaka get such good touring girls that there is always as many babes as I can see in my time and situation constraints particularly as so many are repeat worthy.  
I look at the LA and SF Cityvibe lists and it is a little overwhelming for choice but I do not feel cheated out of quality.

An ATF of mine recently tried a stint up in the Bay Area and she left because the customers "had no manners and it was not safe....too much stress". Seems it is spreading.

While it's true the stupid, ill mannered and uncultured are found everywhere I get the sense from the touring girls that at least in the mid Atlantic (DMV) area we're a bit better mannered clients.

@Jensen. Agree that Mid-atlantic area does not seem as noxious to the girls which has been a boon to us as the quality has improved. I have talked to many of these girls who live in LA but will not work there-granted many reasons not to work where you live but a few have mentioned the monger behavior as a reason.

Actually, k girls no longer value the US as the destination to work like 5-7 years ago.  Much fewer new talents are coming here and orgs are relying more on local k girls who have stayed beyond their 90 days allowed.  Local girls eventually get unpopular in one town and they have to tour in various towns to make living. There are many reasons why K girls avoid the US market including limited customer base who can get screened, demanding guys with bb and other unreasonable acts, travel exepenses, and pressure to get good reviews

I know women from LA go to OC and say OC guys are relatively nicer.

Just send them over to Chicago!  We Chicago guys are the nicest of all.  

It's interesting that it seems to be SF area as well as LA now. As GaG notes, BB is a reality and never going away (we see it here in the DC area as well but seems more in line with your two points than demanded/forced by the clients.  And when the pressure as coming both from the clients and the booker/agencies it's just not going to end well for anyone.

Chicago is just a stop over on the way to DC, where they really want to be
