I just had another amazing session,where the provider work very hard to please me.
So I was wondering how much of the donation does she gets to keep and who sets the rate? Just wondering.

Tip?  She gets to keep ALL of that. The split on the donation depends what city you're in. No reviews so we can't tell.

I hobby mostly in San Francisco but go LasVegas and Los Angeles on business and do some hobbling there.Up in the bay area the donation is 160 hr to 220 hr and some 250 hr.
I am new to this site and will work on reviewes .

traditionally a 60/40 split, with a little rounding sometimes to get to the nearest $5 increment, with 60% going to the girl.  The 40% is shared (not equally) between the org providing the location, and the booker/PO.

As to the OP's actual question, 60/40 is the most common split as was posted above. As for the rate, the market pretty much sets the rate. Very few K-Girls have the ability to "buck the trend" where it comes to rates.
