I gave up a long time ago trying to figure out who is in what agency

And, girls usually do a stint in one agency then move to another.
So what you hear today can be different in a week.

Granted, I am in SF but I assume that it is the same in LA

They use different phone numbers so . . .

The booker knows which girl you want to see from the number you call in on. It doesn't matter how many total because you can only visit one location at a time.
