This is probably more for the DC-based guys, but lately with a couple agencies, I am getting responses back that the girl I'm interested in seeing who is supposed to be available and listed on their website is "on vacation"   Not booked, but just taking a day off and so only the other lady is available right then.  

So my question is - are others getting similar responses?   Maybe I am getting blown off, as in, my profile is telling them I don't tip enough or that girl doesn't want to see me?   Or am I just getting steered to the less popular lady?  This could just be the new "normal" - though it hasn't happened to me in the 5+ years prior to covid.   Usually,  I would just get the answer - she's booked or only available at xx time only, but not "taking a day off"   It could make sense even a kgirl needs a day off during her rotation as maybe the rotations are extending due to covid, but I always thought they took their days off between city rotations

as often as not if I tried to book one of the providers and she was unavailable but the other was the booker would mention that as an option. Sometimes I would ask for a latter appointment and sometimes take the one offered. I have no idea if that was always about balancing work and income or just how things played out. In that past it never caused me much of a problem -- meaning when I did see that "other" girl I was generally happy. Sometimes when I later saw the other girl it confirmed my initial choice was correct (liked the one I chose more than the one available) but never really felt the plan was to direct me to second rate provider over a better one.

 
I did just have that happen this week but I when I didn't show interest it was not problem getting something schedule a day later (even offered the first of the day slot). That said, I would agree that the average level of talent and looks now is not what it was prior to COVID. It might be they have more pressure to keep appointments a bit balanced in order to keep girls touring the area and then just hope to still attract a higher standard of provider as travel conditions improve. (I'm not sure if Siena left and didn't come back because business just is not worth it for her or if being here created too much drama in the apartment with the lonely roommate - or other reasons.)

Maybe "day off/vacation" is just a euphemism for booked up that day? shrug. Who cares? Just ask for another day I guess.

Just out of curiosity, where else in America could a KGirl make more money than the DMV in 2020/2021? LA has lots of competition and agencies (harder to stand out, dollars spread across lots more agencies and girls), Bay Area has lower prices, NY/NJ has seen population outflows/hit especially hard by Covid, other markets have far less Korean population/potential customers.... I know there's plenty of markets but it seems like the DMV is kind of a sweet spot for these KGirls to make lots of money, no? It seems that way to me. Large Korean population, only 4 agencies, and lots of non-Koreans with lots of $$$ too... Interested to know your take on this Jensen (and anyone else of course, west coast guys chime in too)

Been told this by some over the years.  They work when they want and set their own schedules.  If they want the day off, they get it.  If they only want to see two or three men a day, they get it.  The Booker is just that and at least the ladies I've seen have raved about certain K agencies in DC.

so the practice of taking days off between cities isn’t an ideal option.

The “day off” excuse could be taken at face value, or could mean she’s booked for the day.  

I wouldn’t read too much into it as far as your imagined standing with the agencies.
