I’m a New Yorker and I guess live in the land of plenty.    When I’m up in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Mass I’ve found reliable places and women hard to find.     Any advice out there?

I can only speak to CT, but I think there's only one K-agency there, that services the casinos.
